Unfortunately it's gone downhill fast. Called twice for call ahead seating was told there was no wait both times. Got the 10 minutes later suddenly the wait was 1 hour. Normally wouldn't wait but had my dad with us, waited an hour and 10 minutes. After the wait took a bit to get our food which unfortunately while not wrong just was lower quality. App sat for a while, cheese was hardened.. burgers have definitely changed, and the steak definitely is lower quality. Won't be going back for a while. On the other hand Outback had somehow stayed pretty consistent, so it's not just the typical post COVID excuse.
I know, this is a chain, is it any different than any other location? The bread, steak and fries I got were just like any other location I've been at. My medium rare was probably not cooked as much as other locations, but this is a good thing. But, I have to say, while sitting at the bar, they were really friendly and made me feel welcome. Way more so than most other places. I'd return just to be in a friendly place.
I wish I can rate our experience here higher than 5 stars! Most friendly and courteous staff right from when I made reservations to checking in to being seated and served. The management deserves great kudos in the innovative efficiency and quality standards. Great food too! Much respect!
overall not very pleased with this visit. called for a reservation for 5. Was told 2 hrs like normal it is never that long so I said we were here ones I got the text and 40 minutes later table was ready. Takes 35 min to get here so not bad. Got seated and took about 20 minutes for our server to even come to table. Our salads came out before our appetizer and we had to ask for bread. After the appetizer and salads came we had to ask for bread. Blooming onion was over cooked or bad oil. My steak was supposed to be well done and was red inside. Our server was probably one of the worst be have ever had here which is a bummer. Next time we will try Longhorns over on Wixom rd which is a bummer cause this is the spot we usually go to. Also lots of staff walking around with food in there mouth and even watched a manger grad a fresh roll out of the tray and walk back to eat it...

I wish you made it easier to order takeout. I had all my items in the cart, filled in the credit card info and pressed place order 5x. Nothing…. Oh course you can’t talk to anyone at the restaurant.
Honestly never had a bad meal from here weather it was dine in or take out. Great drinks. Our server was amazing last time, would definatly ask for him again.

We had been wanting to try Texas Roadhouse for quite some time and used my birthday lunch as an excuse to give it a try. We are glad we did!Each of our three kids, who are picky eaters, were able to find some great food on the kids menu. My wife and I had steak - she had an 8oz sirloin and I had the 8oz filet. Both were cooked exactly as asked - medium. I also enjoyed a birthday beer which was cold and refreshing.The food was good (yes, the rolls and butter are wonderful) but the service is where this location shines. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, seemed to be in a great mood, and made sure we had what we needed. Our server Niko was super attentive and his upbeat attitude and approach kept us smiling.We will be back!
Our service was great. The food was wonderful. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We waited about 20 minutes for our table. Sat in the bar and got a table as promised. We will go there again!
