This location it’s the best at screwing up your order! Bad attitude, bad service, and always messing up with your orders. I don’t understand why the guys there works if they don’t want to even do it. Bunch of lazy workers, Never coming back again!I paid 30bucks for 2 chalupas and 3 tacos, they missed everything else! As they always do ?
Ordered food online for pickup in store. When I got there the building was closed and doors were locked. Just hope that they don't charge me for the order. ill have to wait and see. Better off going one mile over to the location on Wixom and 96.
Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. I visited the Beck rd. location for the first time in awhile to get dinner for the family. The staff members inside were absolutely wonderful with service, they were out of a few essential items for tacos. Lettuce, is one thing a Taco need for sure but they were out. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice about it but I wasn't offered anything instead and still payed full price. When I did get home to eat I was was surprised to see only meat & the smallest amount of cheese on everything. This is now the 3rd time I have been to this location in the last year and the 2nd time they have been out of essential items. I still will eat Taco Bell but will probably not visit this location again.
This place is the worst run store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there close to 10 times over the last 2 years, always the same nonsense. They greet you by telling you first about everything they are currently out of, which is always 5-10 items like I’ve, lettuce, tomato, tortilla shells, etc. Never fails, they are always out of everything!
I've given this location plenty of chances, and now I'm done and I've to all my friends and family to stay away from this certain location. Never seen the way they skimp on there food there's hardly any meat in there tacos and the nacho Belgrande. Now the one in walled lake on maple rd, they are super fair with the quanity of meat, that's my taco bell location and when I mentioned it to the walled lake employee he said he's getting extra business because of what I just outlined
Assume any one star here is done by a pampered white 30-50 something that thinks honest mistakes made at a minimum wage job is temper-tantrum worthy. Everyone here is always sweet when they don’t have to be, neutral at worst, which is more effort than I’d be willing to give if I had to deal with some of these people in this review section…. Don’t let ‘em get to you, keep up the great work.
I wish I'd read the reviews before going here DO NOT GO!!! Your life depends on it! I got food from there Sat not only did the mess up my order but I got FOOD POSINING I'm still sick 3 days later getting better bu5 that first day I couldn't leave bed! Please shut this place down!!
Every store has had an off day at some point but I can honestly say without a doubt that I have never once had a bad experience from the Tacobell location! Every person that works here is always so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! This this location will always be my preferred store ???❤️
Oh Dear. This place really needs to close down. Is there no Taco Bell management anywhere on site to see the disaster here? This is what you get if you ask for a Crunchy Taco.
The most trash taco bell in history. Don't order fake extra meat, you will surely get fake extra beans. Don't go here, Please save your time and money.
