I have gone to get coffee here before and they have been understaffed but the other day I decided I had some extra time and little behold they were sort staffed but it was my best experience yet! They gave me a coupon for my patience and were more than accommodating! They have such kind staff here and really care about customer service! Highly recommend!
Not at all worth the price! I ordered for the first time and it was definitely my last time. I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a slice of the four layered red velvet cake, pictured on the app and it was not what I received. (It was two layers, not four as pictured.) For $7.35 for a slice, I expected what was pictured on the app.? I also ordered a breakfast biscuit with egg and cheese. I at least expected to get condiments like jelly in the bag but no. I wasn't impressed with the coffee and the tea was just okay. Not only was I shocked, some of my coworkers were shocked as well. Someone suggested that I call for a refund but I will chop it up to an experience and not order again. First impressions are important and presentation is very important when it comes to food.
We were working on opening our new store next to sweet water, moving heavy boxes in the pouring rain and Donavan, the manager, was such a gentleman, stopped what he was doing and offered to help us move all of our boxes! His help was much needed and so appreciated! ?
I really enjoy working here and this has become my go-to place. Far better than other similar places in the novi/wixom area. Staff is really nice and selection is fantastic. Interesting menu items plus organic coffee and similar options on other items. Best of all there are plugs anywhere you sit plus a nice conference size table with USB and electric outlets around the table. Even when it's busy it feels relaxed because of the staff and the design.

They had typical drinks that were really good and great pastry choices. I kind of wish they had more sandwich and food options but for a cafe it’s still good.
My family loves Sweetwaters. This location has a drive thru and all the employees are really sweet. Come support them! Coffee and tea are so good!
Ok I lOVE this place, like I literally visit daily. first the Tea is out of this world. the Manager Is wonderful. he knows how to make you feel welcomed. and the food it's a 9 out of 10. The tea is a solid 10++. I love the staff and the diversity of the staff. this is my favorite spot in Novi. Thanks Sweetwater!!! Tia Marie
The drive through took forever despite there only being one customer inside. Also our sandwiches were very small and not worth the price.
This is the local coffee house I was looking for. Great service, delicious coffee and pastries. If you are looking to enjoy a quiet coffee with friends, to study, or just for relaxing I highly recommend you give Sweetwaters a chance to surprise you.
