Good service limited staff on hand seems the theme everywhere you go
Since there is no 0 rating, i’m going with 1 rating. We went to store 25 mins before closing, there was only 1 person working on orders. We waited 20 mins for our turn. I ordered 4 footlongs, she is like, i can only do 2. I told her, we were waiting in the line for past 20 mins and how come she didn’t mention that and asked her if they ran out of bread? she is like, oh I didn’t realize that you guys are waiting for 4 subs, i can only do 2 because it’s closing time. Wow!!!
Sometimes this subway does not have all the toppings. However this time was great and the ordering was a breeze!
I wish I could review the quality of the service but I can’t because the girl working decided to close an hour early. Spent all day in the hospital with my dying mother and I just wanted something to eat and I thought Subway would be a good choice because it’s right across the street from the hospital, so that’d be quick right? Wrong. Maybe subway should start looking for employees that will actually stay open during the hours of operation??
Looks like Eleanor had the same problem I did. I also came to this location because their posted hours say they close at 10 PM but it was 9:10 and the girl was already closing up. I instead went to China King and the owner there told me that Subway frequently closes early despite the posted hours. So maybe don’t post those hours?
Ive been to this location twice. The first timwthw food was good. One of the older guys there talks way too much instead of keeping people moving. Hes creepy, makes awkward conversations. Second time food wasnt that great. Same guy working. Wont be going here again.
Great food but the The cashier was so rude to me and my Brother he had a Bacon and steaks sub she said that was nasty It is not okay she needs to be Fired
They are CHEAP AND STINGY. Now good at communicating. And short tempred. Also they dont accept any coupons.
I bought a half sandwich today its 6$ and somethingIn the cashiers she put a tip to her more than 2$I'm shock ... if i wanna give you a tip i will but not in that way !!!I read the bad reviews its all about the workers there !
I had the black forest ham. The thing that bothers me the most is the person who prepared my sandwich touch the cashier and other surfaces in between preparing my sandwich without changing gloves. There were only 3 vegetables available and they were not fresh or well maintained. The toaster oven was not hot enough, my cheese did not melt all the way through. I didn't see a manager while I was there. I will not be back.
