I frequently visit this Starbucks. I usually order ahead and if I have a problem it’s usually addressed and fixed. I typically order 4-5 drinks each time I order. Today I went and my ice latte with almond milk looked a bit dark. When the girl gave me the drink she even admitted it was darker and blamed it on the almond milk being new. I asked her for another one and she then said it would be the last time she could do it?!! Very unprofessional!!! Get it right so you don’t have to remake it.
Don't go to Starbucks often, so the menu can be confusing. Young lady seemed to be irritated that I didn't know how to order an iced coffee the proper way :/ It was ok.
Really great stop for recharge and ground up for further accomplishments of the day.

It's a very busy Starbucks, and is about average. Staff is very friendly, but orders are frequently incorrect when you order ahead. They're super nice about re-making it though.
This Starbucks is the worst ever. They’re terribly ran they will let you order and wait in line for 20 plus minutes then tell you that they’re out of everything. DONT EVER GO THERE IF YOU REALLY WANT STARBUCKS ?
Go to any Starbucks for the coffee. Go to THIS Starbucks for the coffee and Augustine's artwork on your cup. It's touches like that that make this location special!
Just waited in drive through line for 10 minutes to find out cars we’re pulling up to the window & waiting for a response and realizing they’re closed. Had a sign on a menu that they were closed Saturday and Sunday but now it’s Monday and there’s no indication anywhere that they’re closed, so very poor customer service on their part to not make people aware. Going to waste a lot of peoples’ time today.
In my experience, the drive thru moves quickly and the service is wonderful. I get a mildly complicated drink and they always have perfect accuracy
This is literally the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever been to because they get my drink wrong every time they never add my espresso and they have half pumps which corporate actually stopped using so they’re charging me more for something that I shouldn’t be charged more forIt’s irritating to pay nine dollars for a drink for it to literally be wrong and be told that I’m ordering it wrong when you guys are making a wrong I know what my order is
