Lovely atmosphere and incredible customer service!
I ordered online, paid and tipped. When I got there they had a sign saying temporarily closed and I couldn't see anyone inside. This was about half an hour before they closed. I went on the app and I tried to talk to customer service to get a refund and I couldn't through to anyone and I also couldn't call the store because they were closed.
How can a place that built a business upon selling coffee not understand how to get a black coffee order correct?? 50% of the time it will have sweetner in it. Taste it before you drive off
They are always so nice, and super quick. Orders are always correct, and the drinks consistently taste good. My favorite place to go on my lunch break when I need a drive and some coffee!Btw, best (hot) chai tea with oatmilk I have ever had!P.S. The grilled cheese is so good!

The service at this location was hit-or-miss for a long time, but recently it had been fantastic. Unfortunately, they've changed their hours and now close at 3pm, which means we can't get drinks after work anymore. What a shame. I'm expecting the location to close completely.

Usually go to my favorite store; 14 Mile and Novi, but not open due to employee shortage. Always seem to be disappointed at other locations.Today I ordered 3 spinach, feta, egg white wraps and a ham and Swiss panini. The spinach wraps were cold in the middle, almost like they were cutting off time to push more customers through?As expensive is Starbucks is, I'm either doing my favorite store, or not at all.Call me spoiled; I want what I pay for!
Loved the excitment of the drive thru person! Wish more Starbucks would do the same especially 8 mile Detroit location. 1 star less because their website shows they are always out of certain items, but when ordered through drive thru they have it. Is this a pre-order prevention tactic? Have been this way for months now, unacceptable. Is there a supply issue?
The line can be long sometimes, but that’s inevitable and nothing they can control! There is an amazing guy who works there and always brightens my day!! I’m not sure what his name is but he is amazing :) so is everyone else!
