On 07/10/2022, I was turning in through the drive thru and one of the associates proceeded to turn in front of me and blocked the drive thru. He was very rude when I asked why he did that. He said they were closing because of staffing issues. I responded and said I was going into the drive thru not the dining room. He rudely dropped the call. The store normally closes at 7 but it was 4:30 pm. The associate was very rude.
This happened during a drive thru experience...I gave the cashier $50 to pay for my food and drinks, and she gave me back $3.00 (no coin change ) from a $16.71 bill. Not to slander her name since it's under investigation, but they have thieves working at this store and I will never revisit. Customer service is terrible and forget about getting help from the general manager. He appeared to be just as rude and obnoxious as his thieving employee. When asked for a receipt she claimed the machine is broken which was a lie. I am livid.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area for sure. It's spacious, has great lighting, and quieter music compared to other locations that make it hard to focus. Outdoor seating is nice, too. This will be my preferred location!
I’ve been in this parking lot and driven by so many times, but have never known this location was there. I’m either extremely unobservant or the Jarad next door blocks the view. Either way, glad I found it. Went through the drive through and got my drinks quickly. Good experience.
Lady at the window was completely disrespectful. I'm there every single day and my card apparently declined several times, so instead of trying a different machine she simple said to call the bank and shut the window. So I came back around and she used a different machine and what happened? The card went through. I will not be back.
We like the drive thru at this starbucks. Lines are reasonable and move pretty fast. Staff very friendly. Nice coffee. It closes earlier than many other starbucks so we have to drive to another one if we forget about that and arrive and find it closed.
Much larger since the renovation! Seating is much more available, and newer accomodations.I think service has slowed a bit since they now have to divert with the new drive-thru, but very nice baristas!
The worst Starbucks ever!!!! Have never met a nice employee here. They are all SO rude. I will never be coming back here. Drive a few more minutes to the other Starbucks nearby, SKIP this one!!!
I personally prefer my own coffee over theirs. I got something, not sure I remember what it was called at all because of all the fancy coffee names, but in my opinion, it was all sugar and no coffee. So, when I want a coffee before I go here I'll pour myself a actual coffee. But, it did taste decent. I can see the fascination there.
