The 2 ratchet girls who takev30 minutes to make drinks poorly while cussing and laughing need to be fired, there ate kids in the mall!!! Terrible

I’m not one to complain as I too work in the service industry but I felt the need to write this review. I have had my fair share of difficult shifts, difficult costumers, and just plain rude costumers and yet I have never reacted in such a poor manner as both the barista and the manager had and to a costumer (I was in line but witnessed it). I recognize that things get hectic around the holidays, however, it was unfortunate to watch their behavior as they not only embarrassed themselves but unnecessarily embarrassed the costumer as well. Hope they can do better in the future
We went in to get a drink and immediately left. Both of the workers were wearing their masks improperly. One of them was wearing her mask so it exposed her mouth and nose and the other man had his nose exposed. They didn’t try to fix them. They were like that when we came in and like that when we left, while taking orders from other customers and preparing drinks. No thank you.
scammers they gave me an iced coffee with 15% and they rest cream when I asked for light cream and half of the cup is ice
The person working here never asked what size I wanted than gave me a large. I never said I wanted a large. I had a line behind me so I didn't want to make others mad to re make my drink and for other people to wait longer.
I waited for 10 min until the cashier employee counted his tips and then 10 min for my order. The worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks store.
The Manager and her Crew are Top Notch, This is my Favorite location
Daily dose of coffee. Usually pretty good customer service.
