My daughter and I sat here and had lunch. The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. We sat at the bar. The waitress was by herself at the bar, and she handled business okay it was a lunch rush. Overall It was good, and It was clean. We were in, and we were out. We had a decent time.
Tried the Teriyaki Grilled Chicken sandwich and fries. It was pretty good but maybe will try something else next time.
We were in to take advantage of our rewards program $10 meal offer. The price was great for the gourmet burger with endless fries and bottomless drinks. The burgers were terrific as usual but the indulgence that occurs with the drinks and fries always takes me over the top. But it isn't every day that one can get a deal like this.
Very nice, breakfast is simple but better than continental. Drinks from 5 - 7. Big gym to exercise in. All were super nice. Made me fill comfortable.
I want to thank the restaurant staff and more importantly John in management. Him and his staff help me fix my issue from ordering from GrubHub. Long story short they had to make my order twice and GrubHub still did not deliver/pick up my food. With the help of John he was able to get me a full refund of my purchase, along with offering to remake my meal a 3rd time. I generously declined and was happy with the outcome. MANY restaurants could learn from this place. 100% Customer satisfaction... BIG WIGS IF YOUR READING THIS I think the staff and management at this restaurant are due for a raise. Thanks again John.
We waited nearly 25min for a table, which was more than expected but I won't hold it against them bc I understand many places are shorthanded.Our server was excellent and attentive, and the food was great! Gotta love the bottomless fries
We asked if the restaurant could accommodate 30 people for dinner. The general manager said, “absolutely, give me 45 minutes.” Our boys were still finishing their soccer game, so by the time everyone arrived, we didn’t have to wait long. The waitresses were awesome and split checks by player number because the boys sat together and the adults were all mixed together. The general manager was helping to serve drinks. The food was great, and everyone had an awesome time. I was truly impressed!!
We went on a double date with our son and his girlfriend. The food was good, the wait staff attentive and the vibe is comfy. Highly recommend.
I went there to eat at the bar with my parents where we were greeted by Megan. It was possibly the worst service I have ever received. It took her forever to get our drinks or for her to even greet us. When she finally came over as we were sitting she asked us if we were picking up. Again we were sitting. She gave us menus but never took our drink order and just walked away. About 20 min later she comes back takes our drink order and we order food. She writes all this down! I had requested fries as an appetizer as we wait. She brought the table next to us fries but never brought us fries. She brings us our drinks and my fathers beer is dripping all down the glass and it gets all over the table (and I don’t mean a little). Does she clean it up? nope. Another 30 min later she brings out our food and states that the fries just came out for the appetizer and tries to lay my fathers meal down on top of the beer on the table. My father asked her to clean it up and she was trash at that so I cleaned it up myself. Honestly it wasn’t busy. she was just trash at being a server and slow. I was really excited to come to Red Robin since I live far from one but this was the worst experience. The craziest thing is that she was a good waiter to everyone else bc we literally watched her. I don’t know if it was a race thing or a trash thing but she sucks and shouldn’t work there
We had an okay experience. Two of the three burgers were burnt tasting. Neither were completely dressed the way they were supposed to be. The recook came out correct and were cooked less and tasted better. The manager handled the situation well. I would prefer they return to the old version of their burgers, they tasted much better. The kids food did come out correct and they were happy.
