Salmon New Orleans was really delicious. Mozzarella cheese sticks was perfect together with chips. Service was fast. Definitely recommended

It's nice to have waitstaff who knows what they're talking about when you ask questions.The shrimp & grits was little spice, cheese grits goodness.
I really don’t have any bad to say, but I was underwhelmed overall with my dining experience. The service was the highlight; Schell was a wonderful server. She treated us with kindness and made sure we had everything we need. All of the employees were very kind and accommodating. My issue lies mostly with the food. I recommend swapping your current ranch dressing with a homemade one. The biscuits and my entree were decent, but they were lukewarm. Serving food fresh and hot would definitely have made for a better dining experience. It just missed the mark for me, but it wasn’t terrible.
Waitress Kathy appeared high or stoned hostess Sara had an attitude..I ask for a for it took 20 min then my food was cold...I had a reservation and I waited 1hr 40 min even though I had reservations
I used Open Table thinking I had a reservation, I have used this app before at Red Lobster and didn’t have to wait long even when they were busy. When we gif there at our reservation time, the hostess said she checked us in. I heard others walking in and getting an estimate of an hour wait. We ended up waiting and hour for our table of five. I could tell they were short staffed which I understand. My expectation was that I had a reservation and might have to wait for some time for my table but not a whole hour. If that was the case I would have just walked in and hour earlier than my reservation. Disappointed..
Our waiter Jimmy was phenomenal! Food was good. And the 3 from the sea meal was more than enough to fill any belly! Would definitely return if we are in this neck of the woods.
Excellent service! I live approximately 45 minutes away I will drive here anytime I want red lobster! Don't change how you guys are doing things it is great!! Only problem the lines are super long but it was worth the wait!
