Meh.Walked in and an employee immediately started yelling across the restaurant at us asking how we were going to be paying. When we asked why it mattered, she said they were card only. We said that was fine and she seemed annoyed? She didn't do this to anyone else in line, either. It was just a bit jarring to get screamed at and confusing that it was just us.Got our food, with very small portions. I know times are tough, but you're charging more for less food and that doesn't seem right.Went to sit down and there was not a single clean table. Totally filthy. I had to wet a napkin and wipe my own table down, while an employee stood at the register and watched me do it.All the review replies from the company here are super generic, scripted, and uncaring, so don't bother. Just tell your staff to clean the restaurant for crying out loud, it doesn't require a corporate investigation.
Although they were running low on some stuff, DJ pulled through and made a mean burrito. Would definitely recommend this place. One of the best Qdoba locations I've been to.
Like im seeing from other reviews, i ordered a chicken burrito from the Novi location via door dash. To my surprise it was missing multiple ingredients (including the chicken?). I am extremely disappointed that they did not call me to ask if i wanted to replace AT LEAST my protein with something else. When i went to call them to let them know they forgot no one picked up or called back. I would like this resolved & would like a refund if possible.
I just ordered a bowl....been a long time customer but the quality over the years has been declining. My bowl was missing many ingredients that I requested. Ive been a long time customer and have given this company hundreds/thousands of dollars. Very disapointed...I will not be going back. These bowls get smaller and smaller and the prices go higher and higher. Very disapointed...very unacceptable. I will be advising others to not go to this location and to qdoba period. I used to be a loyal customer but this is getting comical. Im embarrassed to have even order from this location and franchise.
My son and I ate here today as we’re traveling in the area. This is the filthiest Qdoba I’ve ever seen. Based on what I observed, I won’t be surprised if we get sick later.
I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order online for pickup at 7:30 pm. Granted I arrived possibly 6 minutes early but in my defense I put the order in at 6:14pm for a chicken quesadilla not very complicated. upon my arrival looking around the store was so filthy food all over tables,floors soda area needed to be wiped down ? I just decided to cancel and go somewhere else. A food establishment should never be that unsanitary
The last four times we ordered here, the meal has had ingredients or parts of the order missing entirely. When calling the store, it is clear the management staff is not in a position to help customers, rather they’re trying to deal with a very hectic situation. While I appreciate the challenge the staff has, this restaurant needs to go out of business.
Horrible every time! We’ve ordered about 3-4 times in the past few months and noticed it going down hill. Thought we would give them one more shot and it was even worse. Didn’t get half of the things we ordered on our meals because they were out of almost everything, but that doesn’t explain why there was no queso on the nachos since we did get our side of queso. My meal only had rice, beans and steak even though I ordered chicken, pico, quac, sour cream, and queso. We will never go there again. This location desperately needs help
Do. Not. Eat. Here.Walked in to a FILTHY store with three staff members on duty and NONE WORKING. There was a ton of steak on the grill BURNING. The fella “working” the line was rude to my husband after we stood and waited for a looong time. The two others were in the back swearing and talking about someone in a vulgar manner. The woman said “ok. Let’s go out here and work”She asked us for our order, and my husband said “I’d like a steak burrito”. She began preparing it until the OG rude man said “we don’t have steak, bro” to my husband.Ahhh. Remember the steak that we saw burning? Yes? Ok.I asked “how long for it to finish cooking?”She shrugged and said “8 minutes” (HAHAHA)Then the fella chimed in with a loud sigh and stated “IF I get to it.” We left.Also, he was preparing online orders while ignoring the people in line (quite a few).The black beans were burned and dry, the ground beef was burned and old with obvious discoloration. Again, the store was dirty and the staff was terrible. Get it together, Novi Qdoba.
Servers are good.But they always have missing stuff.This is closest to my place but still prefer going 5 miles away Northville QDoba.Why only this QDoba has things not available? I had bowl today..Onions were missing .One day I came around 8.15 ,chicken was over..So we always think before coming here.Rather we dont prefer coming to this Qdoba.I wish it get better.I will definitely come here
