I talked to this guy named Gabe 2x over the phone to make sure my order was correct. Both orders was wrong. I ordered an Italian but I got the items in the picture below.
I been this location during the lunch time. Line up was about 6-7 people but the service was pretty quick for such a line up. I have had veggie melt (as I am vegetarian). The location was very clean with a lot natural lights. Now I am frequent customer of this location. I would strongly recommend to try once.
I had a very long day at work at the hospital today and was late to pick up my food. The gentlemen who were working kept my food warm and were so good natured. Thank you for a little light at the end of my dark day:)
Delivery Driver for the area -LOOOOOOOOOONG wait times.They’ve had some recent people quit and has brought the store down dramatically. Wait about a month or two before you return or place orders here.

Had lunch yesterday and the food and service were great. This location is the best one. The Italian sub has so much flavor and they got my toppings just right - the extra lettuce I asked for and it stayed on the sandwich instead of falling off with every bite. The sugar cookie is the best dessert from a fast food chain. Buttery flavor, crispy edges and chewy center - it’s perfect imo.
This location is almost an hour from my house but I’ll definitely be back! (I usually go to the locations in Allen Park or Dearborn - both tend to be cold, loud and dirty and the employees are not friendly or fast.) I was SO pleasantly surprised today when I went here location to place a carry out order for myself and my mom. The temperature was comfortable, there was no music blaring and everything was clean and well-stocked. Everybody was friendly and seemed to appreciate my business! First, every employee was properly masked, which made me feel much safer! Unfortunately they aren’t enforcing the CDC guideline of having everyone indoors mask unless actively eating or drinking. They suggest it, but I wish they took a stronger stance - we shouldn’t have to wait for politicians to mandate things that are common sense... I was very pleasantly greeted by two young men, one of whom appeared to be in training. They took my order for something off the underground menu, a cup of soup and a sandwich for my mom. Next, I spoke to the nice sandwich artist who listened carefully and got my order exactly right. Then, the cashier efficiently processed my order using my rewards account and two gift cards as he bagged my order to go. One of the first employees complimented me on my mask, so after my mom and I finished eating in the car, I packed up a bag of masks and took them back inside. I gave them to the manager and told him what a great experience it was and asked him to share the masks with everyone. It’s like chick fil a but a sub shop!! That’s a high compliment!!! The other locations I mentioned could send their managers and employees here to take lessons and improve!
I used to choose this place occasionally because it was close to work. But the past few times I have been in there has really wowed me. There is a few new managers now and Shawn is really great. He is patient, professional and pleasant with everyone. Even though they appear to be short staffed still. Ive watched him go out of his way multiple times to greet, thank and say goodbye to customers. Regardless how busy they all are. I dont leave reviews often but im really impressed with this guy and they new team. Ill be back later this week for lunch again.
I've never paid $48 for 3 med size sandwiches, drinks, chips and I never will again. At least not here. Mediocre sandwiches for exorbitant price. Nice staff though.
