Location is clean and convenient- received my food very fast- all was delicious and correct. Gentleman who helped me check out- was very friendly and professional. Price was great for all the food I ordered. We will be ordering from here again soon!
Ordered from doordash. Called to explain that there was no signature cream cheese frosting on my cinnamon rolls. Kid says I know every order that I've done was done right. I think you missed one buddy. Told me I had to go through doordash to fix it. Wasn't their mistake it was yours

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery... after 3 slices my stomach started making weird noise, and now I'm on the toilet with diarrhea...idk who didn't wash their hands but this is ridiculous.
Always a great experience when we visit this location for dinner. Our pizza and breadsticks were ready on time and still hot when I got home. It tasted delicious! We will be back
The store said they never got my order. I didn't get my delivery, yet I have confirmation emails and pizza hut emailed me for this survey to ask how my order went. Something is wrong here.

waited 30 mins in the lobby to simply pick up my order and they were losing the orders in front of me and having to remake. food was cold wasn’t even in the warmer.

Didn’t even deliver. Order was placed through the app. Approximately and hour after order was placed I was notified by the app the order was out for delivery. No one ever showed up. I called the location on Grand River and Novi road three times and was hung up each time by someone with a very foreigner/middle eastern accent. I asked for a refund and he wanted to give me the corporate phone number. I will be calling AMX now and making sure I am not charged for this order. I even gave the delivery service a 20% tip. I am sure they enjoyed my pizza and laughed while they enjoy thee pizza and wings which were going to cost over $56. I will never do business with Pizza Hut again.
