Bought a large Chicken Teriyaki sub for $14.50. Felt very light so I opened it up - there’s barely any meat - it’s 90% bread - for $14.50!!! LolSo I ask the cook nicely, is this right? He says “yeah, the price of everything has gone up…” I say “wow, I can get 3 rotisserie chickens at the grocery store for $15”… he says “we’ll, then I suggest you do that…” so I didn’t make a huge deal out of it but told the manager, “hey, I don’t think your staff should be having attitude with the customers … not good for business”. On the door there’s a big sign that says “be kind to our staff because it’s hard to get them and they work hard… on and on“ and that’s cool but I’ve never seen a store have a sign like that. Perhaps it’s an indicator something is wrong with this store. The original managers/owners Robbie apparently aren’t there anymore and who knows what’s going on there. I used to go in this store daily and it’s completely changed. Will NEVER go here again! Can’t believe people are paying $15 for $1 worth of meat and $1 worth of carb laden bread. Lol… They look like they are going out of business.
Food was good but had to wait 20 minutes for fries on my lunch break. I actually ordered online 30 minutes before my break. Wouldnt recommend going there if you are on a set time or break.
Bryce was an amazing employee!! I was having issues with Grubhub not confirming my order until last minute. He was extremely helpful making things right.
I enjoyed standing in the restaurant while door dash and grub hub were taken care of i clearly see your priorities and it was not my business so i get a cookie for my waste of time i won't be back
I got the chicken parmesan sub and a side of fries. Good quality, friendly staff
First and last time , out of all the chain sub shops this was the worst sub I’ve ever paid for . Meat was light for a 10 dollar sub and , not stacked prospect it’s just laid flat in the sub. On top of eating bread that must of been made out of sand paper or glass because all it did was destroy the roof of my mouth
I will be back! The food was good and the service was great!! Everyone there was nice and seemed happy to be there! Sadly a rare thing to come across nowadays; everyone is always on their phones and look at you like you’re a burden to be there, but not here! Thanks for the pleasant experience :)
The cookies are delicious and pizza sub with pepperoni, ham, pizza sauce, orgaegnao, and cheese, with herbs bread. And the cookie was so good. And the staff was so nice and played good music.
Great Customer Service and great food. Turkey is way better than Jimmy Johns as well and the fries are Super good.
Food was good but don’t expect great customer service.I had to wait awhile for my order then two customers received their order that placed their orders after me. It wasn’t until I asked a manager about my order that I was then told that my order got messed up. I said I wasn’t happy with the customer service received and the manager didn’t even care! Just told me what happened and that was it. I get mistakes happen on orders but was more surprised by the lack of care by mgmt
