Very disappointed with today's food items. Had the two choices, wild chicken rice soup and the "new" spicy chicken sandwich. The soup was obviously left over from several days ago, even had a different taste and had an orange color to it. The spicy chicken sandwich had no spiciness to it at all and found it to be rather bland, sure won't order again. This is my first experience at Panera like this, hope it will be my last.
Ordered delivery. No croutons or cheese on the French onion soup. Steak sandwich was very stingy. Boiled eggs were entirely missing. Smoothies had an odd aftertaste, like detergent. French onion soup is substandard. The pic of the chicken soup on the menu is way different from what you get. However, my daughter enjoyed her mac and cheese, and my grand loved her broccoli cheddar soup. Recently, I had the new chicken sandwich. Extremely unimpressed.
Food was sloppily out together and nothing like the way the pictures look or the way other Panera places present the food. Ordered lunch for a group and it was not nearly as good as it had been in past. Maybe they're too busy here.
The service here was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a few weeks ago from door dash and unfortunately my dasher took some food from my order. While the door dash side of the order isn’t really their issue and more of a door dash issue they were so helpful. Every person I talked to including first person on the customer service line and the managers. I wish I could remember her name but the manager I had was phenomenal. A few weeks ago I didn’t get my brownie and I just assumed maybe I’d never get it because it had been a while. I put in a new order today without ordering a brownie. Today I received a brownie with a note on it that said “here’s this since they took your brownie last time”Thank you so so much for being the kindest customer service I’ve encountered in a while
I keep getting sick at this location. I utilize the unlimited sip program and ask for Diet Pepsi. I can't have Corn Syrup in soda as I'm intolerant and it makes me sick. For some reason the Drive Thru gets it wrong all the time. You're better off going I side and using the kiosk as their staff either doesn't care, or they can't hear well through the drive through.
Every time i order from this panera they always forget SOMETHING. They forget my cookies, oatmeal, some mac and cheeses. We waited so long to get the order but they forgot the oatmeal and the bread bowl. Food is great, but its so sad when you are driving home and you open up the bag and i dont see my oatmeal or soup bowl or cookie.
During lunch time, the sandwiches are great. During the evening, the quality drops significantly. Wrong bread, 1 slice of turkey, wrong dressing! Highly disappointed and to tired to take it back. Managers at the Novi location, please correct.
Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and it was practically all bread. It had the tiniest piece of steak. The broccoli cheddar mac and cheese was so mushy, i couldn't even eat it. Also, we tried to order smoothies and they said they couldn't make them due to the blenders being cleaned. Had to wait a while for our food too. Im sure the smoothies could have been ready by the time we got our food.
Just left Novi/ Gr. RIVER location. The frozen strawbry lemonade looked disgustg with wht floating stuff and the color was light pink. The steak w/ wht cheddar covered half the size if the bread not worth $8. And the greek salad was a skimpy portion also not worth $6, missing beets.
Just a tad bit confused on how the online coffee orders work. Tried my first yesterday it was ready when I got there sealed and done how I requested online. Today placed it and when I asked the same person I saw running the window yesterday and was told I had to make it myself? Just want some clarity so I can make it to work when I plan on getting there.
