i come here every day for lunch (from 12-1) line is a little long but it’s lunch hour but it does move fast. i always get rice with double orange and it never fails me. for under $10 it’s amazing, i’ll continue to come here every day for lunch, by far the best orange chicken around
If you want quick-serve Chinese food this is the place. I like the simple menu, just pick a size of entree and start mixing and matching different flavors. Very good prices starting at $7.40 for a bowl, it makes it a good lunch option for many and the sides and appetizers are also only a couple bucks each. This location has been very clean and well staffed lately.
Restaurant is very clean and nice seating area. Orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken are my favorite! Dinner time is always busy this place, so I would recommend to have some extra time for waiting if you go there to get the food.
I eat here way too much, but I enjoy that they usually know my order when I get there and have at times in the past put it together straight away when they saw me come in the door. It's fast Chinese, but it tastes great. I always get the kung pao chicken and have them try to scoop up the extra hot peppers because they are tasty AF.One of my default places to eat.
Came in just in time to pick up my online order but it was not even started (had to wait another 15 min in the store). Very disappointing considering I come to this location all the time. They need to work on meeting their orders as promised especially since they heavily advertise the ordering ahead concept. Regardless the food is still good.
Be careful ordering delivery in the morning. White rice is most always delayed and Orange Chicken and other main entrees are out by 11:30am with a 10-20 cook time.Just a heads up for DoorDash and other platforms.
Egg Rolls burnt, Dry and poor quality. The carry out was Too costly too.Sweet and Sour chicken was mostly breading and right out of the freezer bag. It was not fresh at all.I will never go there again.
This is the only Panda Express in my area with out jumping on the freeway and for the most part it gets the job done. Never had a problem with the food and the place stays clean (i believe the dinning room is open now)Only thing to keep in mind is that this place gets hit HARD during the dinner rush (and i think generally run a man down) so later in the day it can take a decent amount of time to make your way through the line.. general rule of thumb i found is that if its backed out the door you might be better off grabbing something else (its not as bad as the Chick Fil A across the interstate but still too long)Past that the staff here are doing their best to cook and get people in and out and even with the wait the food is pretty good. But for what's essentially fast food (or fast casual whatever you want to call it) The amount of time i have to wait for most trips (on top of the drive to and from home) is just too much to grant a 5 star.
We have ordered many times. But this time we waited for about 15 minutes and when we got home to eat, they are so less and only kid can eat full.
One of the cash register was malfunctioning. Upon realizing the issue, the cashier told us that he will open another register to process my payment and called for the manager (he needed her permission). The manager came, sarcastically interrupted the worker who was reporting the issue, and proceeded to troubleshoot the register. She was clearly disrespecting the worker which made the roomful of customers feel very awkward. We were just standing there watching her checking the register cables for a few minutes, all the while the dinner rush line was piling up. After a few minutes, the manager claimed that it was my payment method that was the issue. After we informed her that the payment method worked fine a few minutes ago, she disgruntledly opened the second register which processed my payment fine. The manager disappeared to the back talking to herself in a foreign language and without a single explanation. The cashier then apologized to us for the wait. I felt so badly for the cashier and disgusted by how the manager was treating her subordinates and customers. Even if she was having the worst day possible, her behavior was very unprofessional. We'll not be returning to this branch again and since there's no Panda Express nearby, we'll have to find another Chinese restaurant.
