The worse customer service experience at a Coney island. The owner is more so concerned with a $1 profit over a drink than customer service. My son's kids meal came with a drink. The carry out server gave incorrect size (larger). Owner wanted to argue about sizing of a cup and lemonade verse soft drinks. Instead of just giving me the drink that can no longer be served. On top of got home to my son's sausage links missing. Lol incredible.I hope he drinks every sip as promised
The best thing about this place is the waitress. Now I order a corn beef sandwich Dinty Moore triple decker with russia dressing not enough on sandwich. I also order curly fries no curl just chips. Pictures too so how my food look. I trip the waitress very well. I will not be returning.
Ordered spinach pie ,fries,and grilled chicken. Spinach pie had a sour aftertaste as well as gyro sauce was spoiled. Cold fries. Chicken was fine. Rude waitress...rushing me to place my order. Phone outlet doesn't charge well, it super slow. Dirty tables.
Took 20 mins for someone to greet us, then another 20 before she came to take orders...but we still didn't have menus. Seemed annoyed when we asked for them. The food was mediocre at best. I will definitely not be returning.
We stopped for here for lunch. Many people eating breakfast, lots of clean plates so it must have been good. We had the Novi Grilled Chicken Melt and Buffalo Finger Wrap and shared a side of fries.Meals came out quick and hot. Food flavor wise is what you would expect from a Coney Island, however, they use really fresh Ingredients here. The melt could have used some type of sauce, it was a bit bland but adding the pickles flavored it up. If you get the melt ask for a side of Buffalo sauce in the side. The wrap was grilled and lots of flavor - you have to love Buffalo sauce for this one. Suggestion to leave off the lettuce, the sandwich is so hot the lettuce becomes gooey and wilted.The restaurant is a bit worn, but I equate that to a busy restaurant with lots of patrons.
Ordered this place on Door Dash quite a few times because obviously the food’s good but even more importantly they never forget anything or mess up orders. Everything is always on point. Novi, I think you got yourself a gem. Good go to spot.
Food was good and filling... Should have upgraded my chicken and dumpling soup to a bowl instead of the cup that came with the hamburger steak... It hit the spot! Overall value was decent.
The food here is really good and so is the service. But I can’t overlook the fact that while this place is short staffed the owner just sits in his chair staring at his phone and doesn’t help clear any tables or run food. As an owner of a small business, you lead from the front.
We love the service of Deanna. She is excellent waitress. Our reason to come here mainly of her good service and smile ?
Good ambience and reasonable prices. I ordered Southern Skillet with scrambled eggs & sausage. The dish was big but quality was not that great. The skillet was full of potatoes with traces of green veggies and tiny sausage. If you are looking for $ option, this would be the place.
