I showed up at 1 for some lunch and see a sign on the door that their temporary hours are 12-7. All doors are locked. I called to see what their hours were and no answer. A few minutes later someone walks up to the door and puts a sign up that says they open at 4. Clearly she was there when I called and decided not to answer and why would a sign saying the open at 4 not be put out until 1 pm.
I stopped by Noodles as I was pretty hungry. I think the food has been cheapened down quite a bit as it used to be pretty decent. Never tried this location in the past. I ordered Spicy Korean Noodle bowl with steak. To begin with the steak was very chewy and hard. The noodles were something that reminded me I was eating out of a can. The dish was on the cool side. I don't like that soda machine that you can get 100 different flavors out of one dispenser as the soda taste is terrible. 14 bucks and change for this awful food. Also it gave me terrible heart burn and a bad stomach ache. Would not go back to this place.
Mitch, Emma and Mia are awesome staff members and are doing an incredible job serving up tasty food and doing so in such a friendly way. We love you guys.
Ordered the "famous" Wisconsin Mac and it was terrible. Literally just wet noodles and shredded cheese. Wasn't hot either. The soda machine was out of everything and it was a bit messy. I was very disappointed. It was my first time there and I'll never go again. They only get the 3 stars because the food my friend ordered was good but still not hot.
I've ordered from many Noodle & company restaurants, this particular location massacred my order. It was pretty simple I asked for no tomatoes and no mushrooms and it was loaded with both. Usually one bad visit to a place won't deter me from coming again however this dish was so disgusting I won't be back
Great taste. Pesto cavatappi and penne Rosa with grilled chicken are must try here. Quick service.
Just paid $20 and waited 40 minutes for three bowls of dry noodles when I ordered Penna Rosa. 5 people working and they literally put zero sauce on my food. I had to throw it away it tasted like nothing....BECAUSE IT WAS DRY NOODLES!?
Not many customers, took about 10 minutes for food. Not bad at all. Food was fresh and delicious.
You get what you pay for with a chain restaurant near a popular mall. My husband had the bbq mac and asked for no jalapeños but they were still on there. I got the orange chicken noodles and my food was correct. We both still enjoyed the food but his was pricy for what we got. Mine only came with 3 sugar snap peas which was a bit disappointing but it was still tasty. Still giving 4 stars because we could tell the staff was stressed, overwhelmed and were doing their best to keep up with high demand in a very busy area. My husband would probably pick something else in the plaza or in the area given all the choices and this was his first time but even though mine was lacking in snap peas I would totally get it again, but maybe at a less busy time. Overall would recommend if your looking for healthier options in a sea of high calorie fast foods.
Didn't know that you could get noodles so many ways. A lot of choices, many different flavors. Priced well and food was very good, as was the service.
