They have made two birthday cakes for my kids. They were beautiful and delicious!!!
They never have the kids cups, so it gets very expensive, fast … the kids don’t know how to portion control and half of it ends up in the trash. To dish up the kids, it becomes an inconvenience. I guess it’s great for their business but bad for the patrons.THIS IS WHY WE ONLY COME ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS !!! And even then, I have to be very persuaded to visit Menchi’s.
I love Menchies because the workers are nice and there ice cream is always the best I never been to an ice cream shop better than Menchies.?
Froyo cake turned out great, asked for exactly what we wanted and had it ready on time!

The frozen yogurt did not taste or looked right.Please improve the quality control because other Menchie's don't have this problem.
I’m a DoorDasher and even though I was having issues with my order and had to return it, the manager was extremely nice and caring about it!
I think I have only got to collect points for the my rewards program one time at this location because I get told the rewards program is down. Interesting that it’s only this location that it’s always down.
I’ve been to many of these self serve ice-cream places and so far this is the worst. They don’t have apple pay, very limited amount of flavors, most awful tasting frozen yogurt i’ve ever had. Family each got different flavors and none of them liked it either. None of us finished our ice- cream.
