Went thru drive thru at 1pm. It was busy, as usual but the wait time was very minimal. The order we got was exactly as ordered, that's unusual lately. The pay window employee was friendly, the order window was also friendly and asked if we wanted a drink caddy, extra napkins or salt-ketchup, that never happens. All an all, would return and recommend.
When I first moved to Novi me and my brother placed mobile orders here. When we got to the line the woman said she could only service one of our orders and we had to get back in line to pickup the second order as "I have other customers to serve". Made 0 sense, as I too was a customer... Went back a week ago and they have a sweet young lady working there, so as long as I see her I'd go again.
This McDonalds continues to disappoint. Attempted to go there today after lunch for an Mocha Frappe, saw someone walking from the door so we parked and by the time I got to the door it was locked. The sign on the door shows that this is a digital dining room and that orders can either be placed by app or on the Kiosk. I get that you're busy but utilizing the kiosks inside could prevent the line from being out into the street. The drive through line was well into the street at this point so we just left. Will not be going back to this location.
Dining room is closed! They don't take cash here you have to order at a kiosk that every one else has touched, if you are concerned about spreading germs then put an employee out here to clean the kiosk after every order. This place is dirty-filthy, mens room smells of urine, paper on the floor everywhere.Wake up people, or should I say sheeple, there is no pandemic and never was. Some people caught a cold, the weak ones had a bad cold and some died, it was their time to go. Get over it, McDonald's is not going to save any one. There are plenty of other, cleaner restaurants to sit down and eat at.
I went through the drive-through to get myself in my coworker breakfast. I was handed a small bag that which could not contain both sandwiches both hashbrowns. When I asked I was told I was only charged for one sandwich. I had four items off the dollar menu my bill was $5.60. Question that got no answer. Said hey this is for a coworker can I purchase a second sandwich then. Was told I’d have to go back through the line which was now 6ish cars deep. I needed to get to work. I ended up sacrificing my breakfast for my coworker. The worst part was the woman at the window was cold, unapologetic, and seemed very uncaring. Terrible experience probably won’t return.
Worst employees EVER! They are very rude you can tell they do not like there job! Talk very aggressively and I called them out asked were they ok and was they just having a hard day she goes on and tell me to mind my business and i watched her go over to make my fries and barely put any in there because she was upset with me I was very kind to these 2 and I got nothing in return but attitude everytime I come here I’ve never had a problem always was a 10 now I won’t ever come here again and I work in the mall so I only had at 45mins break and spent 32mins of it here I’ve been a manager for 5 years I’ve never treated anyone the way they treated me today! Absolutely terrible
The line seemed to move decent, and people working there seemed nice, but, fries were barely warm, and the Big Mac buns felt almost cold. Ive always loved McDonald's meals, this one I didn't.
Absolutely the worst McDonalds in the world. I’d rate a 0 if that was an option. Never get the order correct then refuse to make good on their mistakes or provide a refund. My husband has refused to go to this McDonalds for > 2 years due to the incompetence. But I went there anyway today. Will never make that mistake again.
The service was fast but now that im at work i know why my sausage and egg mcmuffin has a sunny side up egg on it its all slimy and gross. The staff is super unprofessional after i called up their save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
This place was open HOWEVER no signs on the door to indicate no truckers ALLOWED AT THE WINDOW OR WITHOUT A CAR!!! Again my husband is an essential worker and was turned away from being served! He could have ordered his food and waited away from the window for it! I called the manager she was verbally RUDE! LIED and when I called her out told me she would NEVER SERVE MY HUSBAND AND NEVER CALL HEAR AGAIN!!! This young girl has a lot of growing up to do as a manager. This is the upcoming generation people! So sad this is happening to good people! I understand protecting our workers but ordering food and standing away in the parking lot waiting for it there is no harm with this! It’s not like he could pull his rig around and order!!! So needless to say my husband got no food and no Coffee thanks to this McDonald’s obviously cause this young girl manager didn’t really want to work today and was in a bad mood! Shame on you!!!all I can say is KARMA!!!!
