Every time I go here they mess up my order. It’s the same thing every time. It’s right by my house so in a pinch it has to do with my busy schedule with the kids. I normally don’t complain but they charge me extra and still get it wrong. When I talked to the manager he hung up on me and then said they were closed it was 8:33pm they close at 9pm. Worst service ever. Don’t waste your money. Pizza wasn’t even warm it’s a basic cheese pizza with butter parm crust. How hard is that. The managers job is to make pizzas how they’re ordered and customer service, whoever hired this guy you failed as he is a representation of your company.
Was good but not real hot and fresh, seems like they put more pepperoni on the hot and ready's though.
They had only 2 people working in there one was new I'm pretty sure his first day, then they forgot my parmesan and butter garlic on my pizza but I paid for it didn't get it.
The manager handed me burned pizza!!! I ordered an advanced one hour earlier they kept me another 20 minutes waiting for my pizza I asked one of the workers when my pizzas going to be ready she goes to me I don’t know , I asked for the manager I told him he was to meet me track he goes for another 10 minutes to check on my pizza. I’m very disappointed ☹️
Hard to say when they are open, they do not always answer the phone on the weekends in the evening.
Wonderful customer service only problem is couldn't get my pizza with extra toppings had to take a hot and ready because they had such a large order ahead of me for 55 pizzas and not enough workers.
macpizza llc is the owners. im quitting primarily because of tammy and dennis the phoney general manager and supposed district manager.we are waaay understaffed and im certain qualified people have applied because ive spoken to and sent them the application. the on site employees are great and i feel bad leaving.really nice hard working caring people.i feel like they help the vibe in my neighborhood but their hands are bound.

I went there at 130 to order a pizza to take with us that day and they where not open until 2pm so I waited and still couldn't place a order online or in app and no one ever opened the door to a employee shortage very disappointed we couldn't try the new batmann pizza .. but the store did look clean and the prices seemed right just wish we could have ordered either in person or online
