I actually really like there drinks here they have so many options too. Tbh what made me review tho was the employees are really nice and when they’re not busy they try and have conversations with customers it’s a very friendly environment.
My drink was good, but make sure you get your receipt because I ordered a tea with boba added and got no boba in my tea. Then when I told them they got it wrong they tried to convince me I didn’t ask or pay for the boba. :)
The black bubbles were warm. There was too much ice, couldn't find my boba through the ice. If I were still there I would have asked for a remake.
i go here a lot, and usually no complaint but recently the milk tea quality has just gone down. i ordered a caramel milk tea and the flavor was severely off and it was really watered down, i also ordered a oreo wow and it was 95% milk, and really had no flavor. the prices have also gone up, but thats it!
Poor service and management; they attempted to overcharge $1.28 for a Lg HMT which cost $5.25 as you see, they said it was $6.85 incl tax, MI tx only 6%, good try bad business. Older lady said prices had changed and display board was wrong, well change the board / cover it, that's a violation of MI scanner law, she wanted to argue vs acknowledging their error; poor management and business model. Go to Totally Tea or Moose pastry & Tea for a better experience and product!
Got the honey lemonade with mango popping bubbles and it was really good. The menu was a little overwhelming but I'm excited to try something new next.
I feel bad to knock off 2 stars, but I have to be honest here.+<<=<>op-The employees were great, super friendly, patient and helpful, as well as efficient; I really did not have to wait very long for my drink.-I got. A large almond *flavored* milk tea with double the bubbles, and everything about the drink was great.-This is the part where I had to knock off stars. The second I walked into the store the first thing I was blasted in the face with an overpowering smell of orange/citrus chemically cheap perfume. Im not sure I can even find the right words, or amount of words to convey how terrible it was. I truly had to cover my nose and breath out of my mouth. I know there are a lot of people out there who are similar to me who are very sensitive to smells where it makes us ill. I had an instance migraine that I'm still trying to get rid of. I felt bad when I was trying to order because I had a hard time getting words out.
The staff was very helpful and super nice! It was out first time there and they helped with item selection and made sure everything was great!! Will definitely be back!
Service wasn't great and also I don't appreciate they charge more from what they put on their menu, the lady tries to come up with many reasons but she just simply lying to me. Just go to the Sterling Heights location, people there are wonderful
This was the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed it. The staff was nice and very quick while getting my tea. Even my dad, who doesn’t really care for sweet drinks or tea, loved this. Overall I would definitely come again!
