Normally good... Today slices way too greasy and my stomach hurts
This place is awesome!!! I came in for a large deep dish super special and it was fresh & the fastest service I’ve received. I spoke with Phil, he has great costumer service! I will definitely be back!
Worst jets experience EVERRRRR not only did I repeated myself several times of how I wanted my pizza and it still wasn’t correct. They didn’t have no plates no Parmesan no crushed peppers no nothing. I asked to speak with a manager and they said they couldn’t do anything about it no apology just a we can’t help u ??♀️ They need a real adult working that store
Not sure if there is new ownership or mgt, but things have gone down hill at this location. This is the 3rd time having an issue in the past 6 months. First time, BBQ chix was drenched with bbq sauce, second the BOT system told me one price and then was given different price at store, then same thing happened again today. Very disappointing...
Pretty disappointing experience. I ordered 2 large pizzas via Jets robot assistant. Was expecting square pizzas, they came out round. Called asking for it to be fixed or some sort of discount for next time. The manager, Damien I believe, just kept telling me it was my fault, wouldn't even give me 10% off my next order. Rude, told me I should just go to the other location next time. Even acknowledgement or an apology would have gone a long way.
Normally this location has good pizza. I order same pizza ALWAYS. I called store just now 2/3/2022 app 7:20pm and was told the small square pizza is no longer available. Looking at website it seems the four slice is still offered. Not sure what's true ?
I ordered 2 subs and they allegedly showed up and left . They didn't call and tell us they were here. They claimed to be short handed and didn't have time to call. Absolutely terrible customer service at lunchtime. Zero communication.Will never order jets from here again. Manager seriously lacks any type of customer service skills. I have advised all 350 people in my company to order from somewhere else.
Excellent Service and the store was clean as a whistle. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my order was made when I came in to place my order as the store was extremely busy. My 8 corner BBQ chicken pizza was awesome! The toppings & cheese were the perfect amount. I absolutely will be back!
Horrible service, had a pretty bad experience with this store recently. I'm not sure if it's because of the decline of employment due to Covid or if it's just the blatant rudeness of the employees themselves but I could not speak to anyone without them telling me I was wrong about an order I placed myself and without any form of peaceful interaction between anyone I was able to get on the phone
Always the best! Ordered 2 times the last 5 days (Monday-Friday) and both times got great service and awesome pizza.
