Placed an online order. Order gave error. Tried calling business to resolve as the money was deducted from my bank account immediately but it didn’t appeared as if the order went through. It sounded like someone answered as you could hear all the background noise but nobody responding. It’s like they answered the phone but just set it down on a counter. I tried calling back but it gave an error when calling back and didn’t ring at all.Physically went and in and patiently waited my turn in line. Explained to the crew member what happened. He rudely said that their phone was dead (you could clearly see it was sitting on the counter - the phone is certainly not going to get charged just laying on the counter) and that they are in the middle of a lunch rush. He asked the name and confirmed they didn’t receive the order and stated the charge would just fall off “in a couple of days”. He was short with me and asked what I wanted - I placed the order with him and while waiting about 2 minutes experienced the same crew member being short with other customers. When glancing at the look on all of the crews faces, they all looked miserable, like they hate their jobs.I then advised I was cancelling my order and would go elsewhere and for them to please let the man know to which the man replied, “JUST THROW IT AWAY”, loudly.It was not a pleasant experience.Please don’t blame the customer and be short with them for YOUR system not working properly and for YOUR phone not being charged properly.The least he could of done would be to apologize for the frustrate and reassure in a NICE way what had happened and ask if I’d still like to place an order.Being busy doesn’t give you free reign to exercise Poot customer service.
This place is excellent. Great staff. Always energetic, enthusiastic and friendly. Food also excellent and the way they should. We have been going there for a while. Never dossapointed.This place can get very very busy at lunch times though.
Now i would be wrong if i came up there & threw this in somebody face & i actually like jersey mike but ain’t no way there is hair all through my sandwich, somebody need they face smacked

Had a steak and cheese on gluten free bread. It was delicious!! Thank you for offering GF bread and asking if it was an allergy or preference. Much appreciated!
Only food in the area at the moment but I felt nauseous after a few bites. I think the meat is left out or something. What a waste of money and time.
