I love their pizza. However, they just sent over a 14" pizza when I ordered a 16". Upon calling, he asked what size the box is (16"). Fine. He then stated he is looking at the order and it shows a 16", which I don't deny...I definitely ordered a 16". Ultimately, he didn't offer to make it right in any way.Being the stubborn old man I am, I measured the pizza. Measures right at 14". Would have appreciated some benefit of doubt after repeatedly coming to this place for dinner.
Always amazing quality from Guidos. Any time we order the food is always hot fresh and made fast. I will always recommend this pizza place to others. No other pizza can live up to the presentation and flavor. Thank you for always being the best.
I was kind asked a simple question and the gentleman hung up on me 5 times. I understand how customers can be rude this time of year. I'm not even from the area, but will buy my pizza from another chain when I come in town to buy for our plant employees. Come to find out, the -location I needed was Auburn Hills. Thank GOD!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! I received a flyer from them and wanted to order so I called to make sure they delivered to me. The guy rudely said no then HUNG UP! Didn't even give me a chance to ask if I could order for pick up! I called them back asking to speak with a manager and he was the manager. He said 'we don't deliver to you guys ma'am' and was about to hang up on me again! I asked if they did pick up and he said yes please hold. Obviously, they don't need or want my business.
