Barely any meat. Asked for extra veggies..Barely any. Normally their subs are awesome.
The soup was terrible and cold....did not want to refund my money....the sandwich was very lite on the meat...would not recommend ? ? this place....

Not bad but much prefer Jersey Mikes, DiBella’s, or Penn Station subs.
The firehouse steak and cheese sub was fresh and had lots of meat. I will definitely come back again. The workers are very courteous

This place is terrible. I went through the Drive Thru and they told me to wait. I sat there for about 6-7 minutes and no one got back to me. No worries, I’ve been to Firehouse before and it’s always a mess but the food is good so I don’t mind. At any rate, I decided I’ll just go in. Once I got in, they had a sign that said have to order thru drive through or online. I figured since I waited 10 min at this point just to take my order, the guy would make an exception, since at that time I was also the only guy in the drive thru anyway…. At that point I said you know what, no big deal I’ll go somewhere else. Wasn’t mad or upset, just didn’t want to wait any longer.Welp, the guy in charge didn’t like that and started to get an attitude for no reason as I was leaving already. He went on and on and then said to get out (I was already trying to leave when it all started). I asked him who the proprietor/owner was and he said it was him. I couldn’t believe it.I understand everywhere is under staffed and a lot of demand, but man, he could of just said sorry we’re backed up and let me leave. He was just having a bad day but unfortunately took it out on his customers. Needless to say I won’t be going back, which is too bad as firehouse usually makes good sandwiches.
Spent 50+ dollars on dry nasty subs for the family. The stake and cheese was the worst. The brisket and cheader was the highlight of the meal and the wife gave it 7 out of 10, other two were ok at best. Won't be going back.
Food tastes good, but portions are very small. Also, cherry limeade drink just tastes like extremely sweet cherry kool-aid with no hint of lime. Ordered oatmeal cookies and got chocolate chip instead. Not enough value to order frequently.
I went to firehouse with my fiancé after work and went through the drive they. Was told to wait a minute, 10 minutes went by! So we decided to try and go inside and it was not allowed. Then we went back around to wait 15 MINUTES! And have the teenager in the speaker being very rude. All in All my first experience with firehouse subs was not the food being bad but the people serving the food and the attitude that was constantly giving. And that in itself is enough for me to never go to this location again.
