Service is good but they have a hard time getting dark roast k-pods. Othe locals have them?
Employees are just awful. Had a lady say they don’t do frozen coffee’s (which is obviously not true) and then had another employee come over to assure me that they don’t have them. I had to use small words and show a photo for them to understand. Still got the order wrong. Have never gotten my coffee order correct either. The employees really struggling with English which is fine but causes a lot of issues.
I love the Dunkin App. The coupons in the app helps take the guesswork out of my online order. Ordering online makes it a quick walk-in to pick up my items. If you don't order in advance you usually will have to wait in a long line. This location is pretty busy. I am not a fan of the parking situation either.
Been coming to this store for more than 11 years. Since I moved to Michigan. They had good baristas, bad baristas over year but I can honestly say the place became at its lowest point ever. I will permanently boycott the store. The majority of baristas now do terrible job. I order online and I come to find more order not there, when I get my coffee. It is always spelled over the cup. Baristas with except to 1 young lady are rude. 8 out of last 10 orders I come to store to find out they don’t have what I ordered (if u don’t have it why I can order it online). They would try to force me to take replacement and sometimes ask me to pay the difference. Seriously. Last incident was yesterday I came for coffee and donut (they were out of donuts). They give me the coffee and told me all we got is mini donuts will I don’t eat them. They didn’t gave me anything in place of it as if that is okay. Worst DD ever. I am better off driving to Tim Hortons which is a block more over getting ripped off. I will report these actions to DD corporate . It is not even 10 times this happen this year. One time I ordered tea in counter after I paid they told me we don’t have this flavor and gave me regular cold tea. For Real !!!
if i could give it 0 stars a i would. the owner is possibly the worst owner of any establishment i’ve ever seen. owner is nothing but disrespectful, he refused service to my friend because he refused to say thank you for simply letting him out of his parking space. if i have to go out of my way to get donuts and coffee i will. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN’ DONUTs.

It appears every time I patronize this particular Dunkin Donuts there’s an issue . Took my granddaughter there to purchase some donuts . Their selection was very poor . She purchased one donut for $1.25. Gave the cashier $20.00 . That’s the smallest bill we had . Cashier then tried to short change her/ us . Probably in hopes that we wouldn’t count the change of $18.00 & the remainder in all penny’s & nickels . The last time I was up there , they wouldn’t honor their promotion for a drink that was advertised . Very argumentative . How do these people stay in business with such poor customer service ?
Placed an order for a coffee and bagel online. Waited 20 min and it wasn’t ready. Lady working on my toasted bagel stopped completing my bagel to have a 12 min convo w a friend who walked in.
Employees were friendly, they were fast, my donut, bagel and coffee tasted fresh.
Every time I come here to get a brownie sundae they are always out of brownies just HORRIBLE
