Very helpful staffI really appreciated the two girls who were working when I ordered. It was my first time and the workers made suggestions and I ordered the strawberry milk tea with strawberry bubbles. The size does seem small compared to other places of similar items.
Not sure what is going on with ownership, but cleanliness has gone downhill.I stopped by there today for the some bubble tea on my way home. It was warmer inside than it was outside, and the glass door looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while due to numerous finger prints on it. The girls that helped me were nice, but my drink was just ok. The boba was a bit overcooked and slightly mushy. I made sure to check for hair after reading other reviews and I was clear of that thank goodness.Overall, it just feels like the owners have given up on keeping up with the place.
I’ve been coming here for years since they’ve opened and within the last year their service and drinks have been becoming worse and worse. Bubble tea should take 5-10, maybe 15 mins max to make but now a days they are taking closer to 25-30 mins! On top of that, the quality of their drinks went down and they run out of boba and other tea flavors by 6:30pm! Not sure what’s going on with this location but don’t waste your money or time here.
Terrible service. The teenagers at the couner did not get two of my orders correct. They were out of both types of boba and many other toppings. I asked for lychee jelly instead, payed for it, and they didn't include it in my drink. When I attempted to adjust the sugar leverls of my thai milk tea, they said it is not possible to adjust sugar levels for thai teas. When other Ding Tea location are able to adjust the sugar levels. I also asked for no ice in my drink and they put ice.
The line is backed up and the employee is on her cell phone carrying a conversation. Every time we come they are always out of boba. We were patiently waiting in line and he chose to take someone ahead of us which is ok and then I asked if he could take our order and he told me you can wait for 5 minutes . This after waiting patiently to put our order in.
Eh I wasnt impressed by this location. I was excited to get my boba tea and went to this location because I was out in Novi. I usually go to the Canton location. First, they were out of Bobas. When asked when it will be done, the older guy in back says "a very long time." Awesome. I don't get how they didn't know they were getting low on bobas and didn't make any before running out. Then talking with someone else that was there said, "They are always out of something here." That's horrible. Honestly that this place is known for that. I don't ever have a problem with this in Canton. I will never go anywhere else but the one in Canton from now on.
Always out of product, place smelled misty, not clean, and the girl pretty much ignored the line of people while searching for something on her phone, this is my second time here, the first was okay, even though it took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. Won't be back, King Fu Tea is the better option in Novi for Bubble Tea.
So yummy!! I was going to the pho place next door, but couldn’t resist stopping in here as well. The green lychee tea was delicious, refreshing, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. They have so many options , i cannot wait to come back and try more! The boba was also super soft and fresh. Great customer service , super friendly staff! thank you!
Good drinks but the person that makes the drinks never gives me what I pay for. I always ask for mango and strawberry jelly and popping and they never put them even though they charge me for them.
The staff is super friendly and they are always busy no matter when I have gone. But no matter how busy I've never had to wait very long to order so that's a plus. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes the consistency isn't there and our drinks vary slightly time to time (ex- more sweet/less, more boba/less, more ice/less when ordering light ice) but overall they do a great job and the drinks are always tasty even when the consistency varies. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.
