Just had our son's 8 th birthday party here. Don't plan on doing it again. It was a lovely time for the kids, they all had fun. But the cost was atrocious! The service was ok, the big concern for myself and other parents were the numerous trip hazards. We understand all the cords that need to be there, but they were all over and just covered with tape. Sticking up off the floor and definitely in the way.
Took our granddaughter for fun and games. However, the place was over run with unsupervised children on a ''day camp'. The staff threw our food out that we barely got to eat just after stepping away for a minute. Like who throws out a near full pizza. The games malfunctioning caused our ticket card balance to drop 3 times as fast. Buyer beware.... costs us $60 and left sorely disappointed
This place has definitely changed over the years. I like the new layout of the games so everyone is not bumping into each other but, the games don't offer as many "tickets" like they used to. The pizza has also gotten smaller and thinner.
The place was being renovated, so there were loose carpet tiles here and there for the kids to trip on. My niece tripped on one, fell and bumped her head. She was a little trooper, she still managed to enjoy her birthday... But I felt like the place should've been in better condition for the customers. The staff was friendly. The kids had a good time... ??♀️
Very disappointed with the state of the facility. I'm here with my family for a birthday party and the floor is taped (poorly, with tape being a walking hazard), there is construction debris that no one bothered to sweep up, bults and concrete debris and the place looks filthy. Will not be coming back to this location.
The staff was incredible. She helped so much. Kept me informed about everything going on. The pizza was great this time. The atmosphere was incredible. When I had my boys birthday parties there couple years ago it was awful so I was a little reluctant to have my daughter's there but I'm so glad I did!
Pizza yummy ? (if they get your order right)! Great salad bar! Game play has changed...NO more coins to share...get card or wrist band for more expense!! ☹️ Manager very accommodating though and still had lots of Fun!! ?
The place in itself is nice but the food service needs to improve. First they take our food to someone else's table and then bring them out the same way they took it back in. We're lucky that the people from other table didn't touch it. But the server was talking all over our pizza without a mask on. When I saw how much French fries ($3.49 btw) they brought, I asked if that's all we get and the server(male) said "yeah that's it" kind of in a rude way because he had already turned away and wasn't even stopping to hear me out. I wish I could give stars separately for service that way the business itself would not get such a low rating.
Even though kids had so much fun, we got so upset while checking out because of a rude staff. She was very rude to my family and had a lethargic attitude. When asked whether they have lost & found section, she responded very rudely and sarcastically wished us good night to have us leave the place. She also started discussing with her fellow staff, laughing and commenting. I would like to address this to the management, please ask your staff not to show this kind of attitude towards your customers.
I feel the prices are, way too expensive. I spent $50 before entering the door and spent $30 more for a meal. Ridiculously expensive for a 5 &:2 year old
