Hey family this is the second Chipotle ever that I had to give a low rating without hesitating at all, due to the disappointing customer service and lackluster ability to serve customers at allThey didn't hardly have any food ready and it was 30 minutes before closing time. This is definitely the fault of the manager and his staff. One guy was trying to order more food from the kitchen and he was greatly being ignoredThey even had a guy mopping the floor in front of the line servers who was trying to serve food they didn't have readyThis was definitely the D Team working tonightThe restaurant look like the staff just didn't care at all especially with the dirty tables that no one attended to
I've ordered pickup twice in the past 6 months from this location and both times when I got to the store they told me their system was down, and despite accepting my order and taking my money, there was no food for me to pick up. The first time they made me go to the back of the long line, the second time I just left. This happened to several other customers too, some of which began to yell at the employees. It is not the employees fault, it is on management. They need to figure it out ASAP or close the store, it is not fair to the employees, and not fair to customers either. I would give this location 0/5 stars if I could.
I understand COVID-19 affecting staffing. My issue is not addressing that weakness. They’ll open with 1-2 employees—then it causes mayhem when doors open. That’s if they open on time, it says 10:45am on the door, but sometimes it’s 1pm before doors even open. Last week they opened at 12pm. I figured they were short staffed this day, but they had 6 people working. Which is around the usual staff amount. My issue came today. I ordered 2 Burrito Bowls using rewards I got from their customer service chat (from a previous issue at this Chipotle). I’ve been more understanding than most due to my experience in this industry. When I got there today, they said they aren’t accepting online orders at all. Multiple people waiting there for food that wasn’t coming. They told me to call a number to get a refund, when you call that number, they tell you those rewards can’t be recovered. When I asked if I can just have it remade, they said I would still have to pay, even the order was already completed. That was the last straw honestly. Every time I come here there’s LITERALLY always an issue. Again, I’m understating of the staffing crisis and landscape of food service as a whole, but this Chipotle has gone from its flagship location to a joke. The staff that they do have there…don’t even want to be there!! Just close down temporarily if you’re not going to deliver at least an adequate service. I’ll be back probably in a few years when they get it together, for now it’s 1 star.
DO NOT COME HERE! 4 time this week I’ve come and there is an 800 number taped to the door. Although there are people working inside and I can see to go orders waiting to be picked up, the doors are locked! I have counted 20 customers pulling up and leaving as I write this! Horrible management! This is sending a very poor message to Chipotle customers!
The soft shell tacos never look that great when you order them for carry out but this was ridiculous. Completely inedible. When I went back and asked if they could be remade I was met with attitude and rage that I did not deserve. She re made them in a hard shell form and they looked just as bad as the softshell. This chipotle does not care about its customers and employees are miserable you can tell
I wish I could give -5 stars.. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, mild salsa, brown rice, black beans, lettuce… I received a bowl of all 3 salsas and 8 pieces of lettuce… this store needs to be closed down!!!!
This is honestly the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Every single time I've gone, I repeat, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. my order is either wrong, missing something, or I have to wait an obnoxiously long time. I can't even believe this store is still open, its completely unacceptable. They need to be closed down immediately. These corporations are becoming increasingly greedy, doing massive harm to our environment, and are incredibly problematic. They need to be stopped. Now.
Ordered through the app. Driver delivered someone else’s order and I didn’t realize it until I opened the lids. Threw away the food (can’t have dairy anyway). Plus I could tell the food had been sitting out for awhile. It was clear she hates her job and she was high as a kite (also food packaging smelled like weed). The only way I can get my food is if I reorder. The store I ordered from isn’t taking calls. I can only submit a report online, which will take who knows how long.
Delivery Driver here:I used to work here and it’s a real shame how far this place has fallen. Nothing is ready on time, more than likely a 20-30 minute wait for orders. This store just does not have the support to meet the demand. I would advise anybody against this store. Seriously the wait time is as long as Millenium Force at Cedar Point on a summer day.Qdoba is across the street so I would take your business elsewhere until this store truly figures their workforce out. How they still have a 3 star review is beyond me when most of the time I have to calm down and help customers as nobody is available to do it because they’re so busy.
I wish I could leave zero stars, absolutely god awful customer service. Placed my order on their mobile app and it was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I just stepped in line. It still took another 15 minutes after I got to the counter, no eye contact from the people helping you and I was still able to get my food before my to go order would have even been ready. They move in slow motion, they don’t talk to you, I literally cannot imagine any worse service in a restaurant setting. If it wasn’t so irritating it would have been comical, only reason I stayed is because they already had my money
