delicious food and great ambiance
Two salads. Meatball appetizer and an appetizer sample platter. Salads were the best part. Meatballs were bad but not memorable either. Sausage stuffed mushrooms were extra greasy. The deep fried shrimp was alright. The cheese sticks tasted like fish. I'm guessing they cooked them in the same oil as the shrimp and other deep fried fish products. Would I go back? Only if someone else was buying.
We had an incredible experience! Our waiter, Garrett(?) was phenomenal as he handled our party of 15 with ease. Each order was correct and delivered so no one was waiting too long from first to last served. The food was delicious, well proportioned & served hot. The staff was so accommodating for our large party, offering to help with the "birthday" set up, storing the birthday cake until after dinner, providing extra plates & forks. It was one of the nicest evenings our family has enjoyed. Even the music, which is often loud & disruptive, was quietly in the background. We can't say enough good things.
First time dining in at this location, we're seated within the 30 minute estimate they gave us (only took 20 during the dinner rush on a Saturday) staff was great, everything was clean, our waiter was prompt, everything came out correct, super fast and was beyond tasty!
Walked in today at 4:30, there was one couple eating and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. Literally, there was no one else in the restaurant but us and another couple. We have given this place several chances, this was the final straw. We will not be back. The hostess could also use a lesson in hospitality. She was not very kind.
I loved the food …. My carry-out order came fast and hot but no utensils
I aways enjoy going to Carrabba's. Great food, great atmosphere. This time was a little less enjoyable. When we got there we got immediate seating. Once we were seated it took a while before a waiter got to us. He took our order and brought us our appetizers but no silverware. Then we waited at least a hour before our main dishes came out. I don't know if they were short on wait or kitchen staff but this was way too long of a wait. Food was still great.
Garrett was our waiter and did an amazing job. My three chicken breasts were also cooked perfectly - not dry!
THE MANAGER IS RUDE! Our food was amazing! Brook was our server and took great care of us. We realized when we left that we accidentally grabbed the cash we meant to leave the server. We don't like to tip on the card since servers have to claim that and pay taxes on it. We called to add a tip and the manager was extremely rude to us! We explained we wanted to tip her since we accidentally grabbed the money and she thought we just didn't want to tip her. She has terrible customer service skills and i can't believe the way she spoke to me. I will be going up there to personally give Brook money and apologize and thank her, but i will be contacting corporate on how poor management treats customers. Her sarcasm and snotty remarks were very unnecessary and unprofessional!
Our dining experience was such a pleasant surprise. Dinner, drinks, staff was impeccable. It was a spontaneous decision to go here and we were Not disappointed. Wonderful experience… we will be back soon!
