Honestly, this review only got the one star because the food we got was good. I don’t even write reviews, but i had to write one after this experience. Today was my first time coming here and will be my last. For starters, we walked into the restaurant, weren’t acknowledged when we walked in, and sat at the table for almost 10 minutes before a server came to our table to even ask if we wanted water….and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant at the time. We almost got up and left, but as soon as we were standing up, the server came. But then another table came shortly after, and they were at their table within seconds. My server “Katherine” is the reason that i will not be coming back. She was very rushed the whole time, and we had to ask her to bring us stuff multiple times (due to her saying she forgot we asked) and later said that we were her last table of the day, and she was ready to go (which explains it all). She asked us once how everything was, and before we could even respond, she was walking away.At the end of eating , She put the receipt down and I asked for a box to put my bread in, and she stated that “i was going to ask what you even needed one for when your food was gone”. THEN when she did bring the box, before i could even put the receipt down after signing, she reached over my food, grabbed the receipt off the table and just walked away. She was very rude, and i almost said something but decided not to. And for these reasons, i will not be coming back to this location.
Get the avocado egg rolls. They were really busy when we went. Only two servers. Out server was awesome! She was working so hard and our food came fast and it was delicious. Keep up the great work! Y'all are amazing!

Food was mediocre at best-took over an hour to get a SALAD. Waitress was extremely rude would walk away from our table before I even finished asking her for our complete drink order-multiple times I would ask for silverware, drinks, plates and she would walk away every time without even listening to what I was asking for. Bathrooms were BEYOND FILTHY. Would never return to this location complete lack of control by management.
The food was delicious. Our server was great, and attentive.
Very good menu for appetizers. Spicy buffalo cauliflower was very tasty and fresh. Chicken dumplings was very different from what I have had before. Pizza selections were good and had options for vegetarians which is great. Ordered cocktails from the menu and all of the drinks were very good.
For a first time visit, this place was great. Food was delicious and staff was very attentative. Some things were not available on the menu thus the one less star. Other than that great place for a quick bite, best time probably being lunch.
I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to leave a comment about how the staff and management went above and beyond to provide great customer service. My friends and I met here for dinner last night and our waitress accidentally spilled one of the drinks on the table. Not a big deal, it happens. Luckily, my coat was in my lap so it caught most of what would have gotten on me. The waitress was very apologetic and we assured her it was okay. The manager came over to help clean up and I asked if there was anywhere my friend and I could hang our coats since they were a little wet from the spill and he offered to hang them in the office. He also offered us a free appetizer and gave us two desserts to share amongst the four of us. We were very impressed with how generous they were and appreciated the grand gestures for what was only a minor inconvenience. To top it all off, when we got our coats back, the manager had put a gift card in each of our pockets. I have never seen this level of kindness or this great of customer service at a restaurant, and I was very impressed. Thank you to the staff and management at CPK Twelve Oaks!

Great food. Never disappointed. They have amazing lunch duos you can mix and match. Our waitress was amazing.
