Sydney was an awesome server! Highly recommend coming here to have some beer and play keno. My daughter loves the WiFi!
Ordered 20 wings but we only get 1 1/2 sauces, when I selected two of each sauce. Not sure if the workers just totally ignore the complete order because we just wanted sauce on the side, but this is definitely not enough sauce for anyone. It's pathetic honestly for the price and we dont even want to order again if this is the case.
During my visit today at Buffalo Wild Wings, I had the most amazing experience. The wait staff was very pleasant, the restaurant was very clean and inviting, and the food was delicious. Except when I got to the blazing hot wings! Would not advise.. Please think twice! I guess I'm older than I thought Our server Kaleah was the best!
Very poor service except from the girl that brought out our food & 1 other waitress that was waiting on other people.It felt like we were bothering them to get do their job.Food was just above fair in tastePortion size for the cost was ?Did get sodapop quickly when near the bottom.I won't come back, just don't like it
Very slow service, probably because they were short staffed, waited over an hour to get our order. We were moved around to 3 different tables.Waitress was apologetic for the delay.Wings were dry.
My Husband, family and I met at this location to have a family night out and was the worst decision of the night. The food took about an hour to cook and even when it came out it was cold 1 out of 7 meals was actually hot. The fries were like twigs, it didn't take much to break a fry in half, it was instant. The only good thing about this night was the fact that they took half of our bill off and remade fresh fries. But by that time we were all done. Another thing that really got me was one of the waitresses asked us what we wanted them to do and my family were just looking at each other like there's 2 things you could do. 1. Remake the food or 2. Take it off the bill. To which they took a lot off our bill and again that was the only good thing about this night. Left hungry though.
Some of the worst food and service I’ve ever received.Arrived to pickup an online order only to be ignored by the waitress at the front register for 3 minutes while she input receipts, acted like she didn’t notice I was standing in front of her. Fine, whatever, it’s busy.We ordered 5 things, she brings ONE. I tell her “there’s no drinks” so we get those. Then I look through the bag and only the appetizer is there. No entrees. Again, It’s busy so I try to be understanding so we get the correct order and take it home.10 minutes later I open the box of food to find the wrong flavored wings (ordered spicy garlic, got buffalo) and the coldest, stalest fries that were legit made hours ago.I call and after waiting for 5 minutes, the manager tells me she made the food personally and implies I’m lying about the quality of the food to get a refund. I never call or complain about food but this was next level terrible.I received no apology or refund from the manager. I’m literally calling my bank to dispute the charges. THAT is how bad this food was.
Our server was Kaleah was very kind and attentive. Our wait for the food was a little long but she informed us that they were short on staff in the kitchen which is understandable. Even though we had a long wait the food was worth it. My dad ordered a chicken sandwich and it was great and so were my mild wings :) My son loved his hamburger and we will be back again :)
My sisters, mom, and I came here after an appointment at David's Bridal around the corner. We initially were going to go to Black Rock but their wait time was an hour and a half. This was right next door and the wait was only 20 minutes. They messaged us once the table was ready and our waitress came and got our drink and app orders right afterwards. The food was yummy and the drinks were good. A couple of us also ordered some to go orders and got them by the time the checks came. Overall a good experience.
My boyfriend and I went to dinner here the other night and it wasn't the greatest experience. The host was not the best, she seemed not to care and you could barely hear her talk. Asked for a booth and she gave us a table instead after 25 minutes of waiting. The food we received wasn't that warm and when I asked if they could change the mac and cheese to a fresh one they brought me out a microwaved version of the same cup. It was dry and you could tell it was swirled around. We had to ask for silverware after we got our food as well. Probably won't be going there for a good while
