Hand down one of the best family friendly, gluten free pizza establishments I have been to. My twins had a rough day with their autism, and the last thing as a parent I wanted to do before we were done with our day was stimulate them more, but here at Blaze in Novi, MI. We were treated with so much respect, dignity, and my gluten free pizzas were absolutely insanely delicious as well as the amazing hands down service from Justin, Joey, Adam, and Cheyenne. Even with my kids screaming, crying, and their meltdown from being over stimulated in the busy environment the staff accommodated, and did more than the extra mile job for my family. My family was treated so well, I was in tears after. I'm so excited to go back again. I love this place, and the staffs ability to respond to autism, or any other disabilities be it intellectual or physical, and not look at me as a different person, or make me feel uncomfortable about my children's intolerance to stimulating environments, touching stuff, screaming or anything the staff had to witness. I am so happy with the way we were treated. I'm an mom with children with autism who's been banned from one restaurant prior because of my autistic kids, and this team was not having any issues. All they did was accomplish the accommodations to my dietary restrictions, and help me as I was struggling to do dinner as a single parent.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.You all made my day. I can't wait to come again, and I hope you all get some extra compensation for your amazing compassionate loving caring, and family feel for me after a busy hectic day.I do apologize for the inconvenience if there was one at all, I know it's a lot to deal with. This is a good pizza place and you can build any pizza your way. The flexibility they offer is really good. Lots of toppings choices and lots of ways to modify any of their standard offerings. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. It’s a popular place and sometimes finding a place to sit is a challenge. They also have a lot of options for vegans and vegetarians.
Blaze’s quality has been steadily declining over some time now but this last visit was the worst and I will not be returning. The pizza pictured is their version of a margherita but when we opened the box there was literally zero cheese on the pizza. Further, we asked for the order to be ready at 8:30. I noticed the time on the fire slip was for 8:09 so the pizzas had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I emailed the main office weeks ago and received absolutely no response.
Great staff. A lot was going on during lunch, seems like a fun work environment though. food was great and *allergies* were taken into the utmost consideration. Up-charge for cauliflower crust is a bit pricey, but great tasting. A high rise pizza is less money for more food...Why charge people with allergies more money?Ice lever is broken to one of their machines and I got up to inform a lady that was struggling a lot to get ice to use the other machine. Overall a decent stop for lunch if you have an hour to spare not the quickest but that's because of the way the product is prepared. Staff were sweeping but far away from me while eating which made me just a tiny bit uncomfortable because I don't know what is flying around in the air when I'm eating.great music. great food. great staff.
Staff was friendly and the pizzas were fresh and delicious!! Kids loved how they could build their own!!!
Went here for pi day. Great pizza. Awesome cheese bread. Best part was the staff. Despite being busy, the staff took time to explain menu items. Very clean and well organized.

Ryan provided MORE THAN exceptional service!! seemed to be picking up the slack of his other coworkers. he cut my pizza so perfectly too. will definitely be coming back. this location needs to hire more people like ryan
The workers were very friendly. I interacted with the girl ringing me up and a smiley, tall, dark skinned man at noon on 2/25. He was perfect for the job! 5 stars!!! I appreciate workers who make lt day better. I tipped them.
Blaze Pizza ? Has an amazing hardworking staff who are very friendly. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is kept very clean with a very friendly atmosphere. I visit this location frequently and have always been impressed with the quality of the food and efficiency of the workers. I highly recommend Blaze Pizza!
