Spicy pork…yum
My family and I have gone here for 15+ years. Every time the service and hosts have been attentive and kind. We usually get the marinated beef, eel, a few sushi rolls, bibimbap or the seafood stew - but everything is tasty!
Came here with my sister for a little girls night out and we loved it! Excellent and attentive service, very kind staff and owner, and food was amazing and reminded us a lot of authentic Korean food. Will definitely be back, 10/10
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD BBQ!!! It’s very expensive and very little meat. Feels like we are getting ripped off! $165 for 5 people and we all are just half full. $5 meat in one world market and they sell as $35! Not many side small dishes and they all kinda plain, taste like they are from refrigerator. The sauces are just normal soy sauce, I will NEVER come back to this place anymore. It simply doesn’t hold up to the reputation of Korean BBQ.
NOT RECOMMENDED! Way too expensive for food straight out of refrigerator! Very over priced and very little meat! Only few side dishes and sauces. So Food has no flavor! We feels like being ripped off! Never come back again! Simply awful experience. had in years!
Enjoyable dining experience. Waitress was very attentive and helpful. The menu could have more had more information about each plate/dish. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The portions are ok, food has a lot of flavor, nice presentation. Would recommend.
Let me be clear, the food was good, but the reason I'm giving a single star to this place is that despite ordering $150 worth of food, and giving them 14% tip, the waitress argued with me saying that there's a 15% minimum on the tip, and when i asked her to show where it was written(which she couldnt), and i refused to pay that extra 1%, she just left, and then another waitress came and switched off our grill and lights while we were still sitting there!! This place would have been better as a carryout out place, but currently, it is not worth going to unless u hate your hard earned money.
Worst experience ever. The waitress could not explain how the menu worked. I understand the language barrier, but there were employees there that seemed to be owners or managers that spoke English well. If you can’t communicate and the customers are trying repeatedly to ask questions, why not get another employee to help?We gave up on the grill idea and ordered 3 bimimbab bowls. We did not understand that they would have RAW seafood and cold chicken in them until we were already eating RAW shrimp. The hot bowls are meant to cook the RAW food with crispy rice that is stuck to the bottom of the bowl. If the waitress isn’t going to be able to explain how the food is presented, at least have an explanation on the menu? The bowls were served with 1 bottle of spicy barbecue sauce. I didn’t care for the sauce. We asked for soy sauce. Waitress forgot I guess so we asked someone else. It came when we were almost done eating. My husband ordered seafood for the grill. It came with no rice and no spring roll. He was given an appetizer size plate to eat from. His food came 10 minutes after everyone else’s.The bar was closed for mixed drinks.I can’t think of a time that I was so disappointed after eating out.
What a wonderful experience! The food, the atmosphere, the staff ---it was all amazing. Definitely make a stop here!
I arrived on a Wednesday at 8:20pm (my boyfriend was parking and asked me to order). The manager sat me and made sure to note that we’d have to be finished by 9:00pm when they close. The waitress arrived and let me know that we could not use the grill and we could only order certain items on the menu due to the time.I pointed out that by this time it was only 8:25 and we had plenty of time to eat. They were so pushy, uninviting and rude that I decided to walk out without eating. In a time where restaurants are closing left and right, being uninviting and rude to new customers is not great for business.
