Loved it back in the day. Not sure if it is all locations, but this one is not anywhere near where it used to be. Too many issues to list (burnt food being just one of them).On top of that they are price gouging. Go out of state (jI was ust in Kansas) and unlimited is 16.99 and includes soup and salad. Here that same thing will set you back $28! Really, there is that much of a price difference from state to state? I doubt it.
When we walked in our shoes were sticking to the floor. It’s like no one cleaned them for days. Half of the veggies and meats were gone and not refilled for the 15 min we were standing in line to cook our food. The cooktop where they cooked the food looked disgusting. Where they keep our bowls for the food there was meat and other food crusted onto the platform. I will never go back. I didn’t even really want to eat the food in fear of getting food poisoning or something. Even our tables were sticky and the menus were sticking to them. Place is a complete mess.
Our waiter Joseph B was great. He checked on us often, was very pleasant. He made our experience there even more enjoyable. Thanks Joseph!! ?. Food was delicious as usual. We traveled 2 hours to eat the. Our location closed in Grand Rapids years ago. We were sad when that happened.

Best dinner all year. Freaking amazing food and our waiter was the best! We had a large crowd and he kicked butt. Thank you for dealing with the children too...
Not super crowded. Super friendly wait staff. Delicious, fresh food options. Can't wait to go back.
I'm not sure what's going on with this location. We arrived at 5:30 for dinner. We're greeted by a "kid" maybe 14 years old and told the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. Half the restaurant had chairs up like those tables had never been opened. At 6:30 I inquired again and was told another 20 minutes. We drove off in disgust after 7. I too love(d) BD's, but will never go again. Such a shame they've gone down hill so fast
This location is always the best. Freshest food and great servers from management all the way to the cooks. I drive by two other Mongolian Grill locations that are closer bc this place is just horns and shoulders .. oops I mean heads and shoulders above the others.
This place has gone from great to ok. They burnt my eggs I ended up picking them out of my food as I ate. The vegetables were not cut small they were too big for my taste. The service was okay not sure if he just started but he didn’t even know if they had sugar for ice-T he actually had to ask someone. This makes me sad.
