Please update posted hours. They closed at 9:30 on hottest day of the year
My daughter absolutely loved her unicorn cake.
The service here sucked. They completely ignored me standing in front of the ice cream counter for 5 minutes. I stood there to see how long before they acknowledged me. They even carried on a meaningless conversation with another guy who sat inside. The worker looked like a high school kid, and the other female looked like she could be her mom.They were working alongside each other. They made sandwiches and coffee like they didn't have a customer waiting to be serviced. Either one could "barely" speak a lick of English. Both should quit!TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT!

I've always loved Baskin Robbins but it's pretty irritating to go one that advertises 24 hours only to find that their not open 24 hours. In fact, they close at 9:30pm everyday. Maybe Google has it wrong? Google says 24 hours but the sign on this Baskin Robbins at this location has it posted that they close at 9:30pm everyday. See attached.
Always good, service is excellent
Really bad service. Servers had an attitude. Were not really concerned about the customers.
Lady who works there was cleaning the utensils and she served us without wearing gloves. The other two persons were wearing gloves, dnno what was her issue or urgency to serve without gloves.
These guys close the store
I shouldn't have to repeat myself 4 times just to get the wrong thing... not sure how they are 24 hours, 3rd night in a row we went up there and they were closed
