Had dinner here on Saturday evening and Miranda was fabulous! She was efficient and friendly. Our food was exactly as ordered with just the right flavor. Will return in the near future.
Restaurant was 1/3 capacity. It took 10 minutes to be seatedFood was what I expected but the server asked how I wanted my son's burger cooked . Pink in the middle or not pink. I said medium well but the server said it only came in pink or non pink in the middle. No problem but it's just amazing about the lack of knowledge. On second thought, I guess not. This was 2:30 on a Saturday.
The lady who took my order was friendly upbeat and professional. The curbside service was excellent. The young man came to my car quickly. He was very professional and friendly. The best part was....my food was AMAZING!! Cooked to perfection. The flavor of the Salmon was great. The broccoli had perfect flavor and perfectly steamed and the mashed potatoes were excellent too. I am very pleased.
Not Impressed.Had to wait 25 mins to be seated,. Only one family of 4 wtg when we arrived so it wasn't due to high demand. More than 50% of tables were empty and only 4 people in bar area.Once seated, we had to wait 15 mins for Server to approach. Another 25 for 2 burgers to come out. After burgers delivered, server disappeared. There were 2 empty ketchup bottles on our table. Couldn't find any staff to ask for more. Had to get it ourselves. At least burgers were ok.When reaching for the ketchup (which as I said were both empty), we find crumbs, waste paper & empty milk bottle behind the empty bottles. Obviously table was not cleaned well between customers. As we could see nobody had been seated at this table the whole time we were waiting, there is no telling how long this table sat dirty.An hour & half, still here waiting for to go order. I don't know if this is just inexperince or what. I do not recommend this location unless you have a LONG time to wait.

I usually go here once or twice a week. I always get treated well by Kathleen, Amber, Brandon, Alicia, and Amanda at the bar. Excellent variety of menu choices even though the burgers and appetizers are my favorites. When friends come from out of town for a visit I always bring them here to eat.
You should probably tell people when you put a pound of cheese on things bc they would probably order light cheese. And its melted of course so I can't just take it off. ??
Spinach artichoke dip, Queso Dip was delicious. Our server Alicia was so helpful and had the brightest smile. The general manager was a delight! Stopped in for Happy Hour prices. We are always looking for a bargain.
We had the two most wonderful servers today. We were so overwhelmed from our time at the hospital and they treated us with such kindness and compassion. They accommodated my request for an “out of the way” table and gave my husband I the perfect blend of privacy and support. I haven’t been to a restaurant in ages due to Covid and honestly it was the most touching and special experience. Hands down would return. The food was fantastic as well but the truth is that I’ve never received service that good. I will never forget their kindness in our moment of darkness.
I've been to at least 5 different Applebee's Restaurants and this location is a step above the rest. The establishment is always very clean and the staff is polite and efficient. The food always comes out in a timely manner and we've always left satisfied. The bar staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend the Novi location to any of my friends and family.
