Some of you guys fail to realize that some places (like this specific location in twelve oaks) are extremely short staffed and only have 2 employees working at this location during a normal week. Y’all should be grateful they even showed up to serve you. And you are not the only person who orders here so yeah you’ll definitely experience a wait. It’s a mall for crying out loud. A lot of people waiting to order. You just lack patience and sympathy. Also mistakes happen and they do their best to correct them.
The workers never work. I’ve tried to get food twice in the last 30 days and the workers always say we’re only selling drinks. Went today at 4:50pm and the two workers are making food for themselves in the back and eating it while telling paying customers they can’t order food. Fire them! So many people are willing to do the job.
Just got some delivery from doordash, the food was good but could definitely use a boost in the quality. I used to absolutely love A&W places but if a decline in the quality of product continues...

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Moldy bread on my hotdog bun. I want to post pictures. I'm absolutely disgusted. I tried to call up there and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Do NOT EAT HERE.
