I went to Wendy's today and my bill was 63 dollars they messed up on 2out of 5of out meals. They forgot nuggets in one meal and The second was a dbl cheese burger a lg fry and a large drink. They sent out a reg hamburger with just mustard and onions. When I called them Fter we got home and sat down to eat the ladies who answered told me they were too busy to correct it right then to come back around 830 or nine o clock when they'd be less busy and hung up on me. I called back and they ignored my call. My family loves McDonald's. However I'd drive to Detroit mi .to a McDonald's before I'd ever step foot in that north Muskegon one again. I hope you all have been treated better than I have by that motley crew
I'm not sure how this place is even open still. I use to wonder why I seen so many new faces so frequently but after seeing first hand how some of these managers speak to their staff it's clear why they can't keep good help. Shame on you. Instead of standing around barking orders maybe as their manager you should roll up your sleeves and help.Just my opinion . I've offered a position to the woman always in the window and hope she accepts it and brings others with her.
worst Wendy's we have ever stopped at. we always stop at a Wendy's for lunch.on this day we stopped for chili andhamburgService that day was very slow and when we got our hamburg that was cold. our chili was barely warmnot a good lunch that day. short staffed. poor service and food. We will not return to this north muskegon Wendys.
I lost my receipt, so I’m writing this here. amber is absolutely amazing, she has to be THE BEST manager there!!!! I always LOVE going to Wendy’s and seeing her, she’s so funny and nice! The BEST manager I have ever seen work there!
Very delicious!Still,after over 40 yrs,still I don't understand why they have square burgers.They should make square buns to go w/the square burgers!Other than that,the burgers are amazing!!You can order a cheeseburger from other fast food venues&they're basically the same,w/little variances in the price~burger,cheese,pickles,catsup,mustard, sometimes onions.You order a cheeseburger from Wendy's&u get~burger,cheese,pickles,catsup,mustard, mayonnaise,lettuce,tomatoes,onions.So not only is it the square burgers that make a difference,as well as the fact that the onions are actual slices,not 'slivers',but the little added 'extras'(mayo,lettuce,tomatoes)help make Wendy's a cut above all others!
Ordered a Dave’s single Large fry. I was asked to pull ahead to wait for new fries. After 10 min I go inside to ask for my order. Waited another 10 for the manager, which I asked for a refund and my meal. I was given the refund and no apology no meal. She was flustered that I asked for my money back. So as I walked out complaining I left my money on the floor. Consider it a gift
Went for their breakfast. Food was alright. Liked the seasoned breakfast fries. Service was good and quick. Employees were friendly, restaurant was clean. Like the lunch and dinner menu better.
We go once a week to get frosties on date night. The staff are always very friendly and even treated us once. I know staffing is short everywhere, making it challenging to please customers. They are doing a good job.
Service was good. Not impressed with breakfast baconator, believe it or not too spicy for me. Will try another croissant or classic sandwich next time.
The young man who took my order was exceptional!! He was polite, outgoing, and actually sounded like he liked his job. I will definitely go back to the Apple ave Wendy's again!! Hopefully all there staff are as good as he is!
