Ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and a pop for lunch. Get back to work and there are no apples in the salad nor a straw. On top of waiting 15 min for a salad. One angry customer. Make these people earn that $15/hr as they sure don’t deserve it.
We love the Chicken/apple/ pecan salad at Wendy's. The last three salads we got did not contain the pecans. So, tonight when I ordered the salad I asked if they had the pecans...yes...so when I got to the pick up window I asked if the pecans were in the bag....yes....I looked and there was a package of nuts. When I got home, wait for it....the package was....ALMONDS. Additionally I had to search to find 4 little, and I mean little pieces of apple. The employees have always been pleasant but they aren't paying attention to business. Boss...you have problems. I'm done!
Absolutely wonderful dining experience today here at Wendy’s of Muskegon! The employees were happy, smiling and very energetic! I was blessed to be in the company of such happiness in a restaurant! Fast service, clean dining room and bathrooms!Make your next burger, a Dave Single with Cheese! Have a blessed day!
After eating fast food all week this Wendy's managed to get it right. Hot fresh and reasonably fast. I really appreciate the hard work, I feel there's a need for a positive response not a negative one. Keep up the good work ladies and gents.
Where do I start? From the time I pulled up to the speaker to the time I left, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the workers and not a customer. Whomever was working the headset was really rude in telling me to pull to the mobile order slot, then one of the workers jumped in front of me to talk to the person in the window preventing me from advancing through the drive thru and parking where I was asked. When I finally got my food brought out to me, thegentleman that brought out my food didn't even say a word to me even when I talked to him. To make matters worse. I didn't get a straw for my drink of a spoon for my frosty. Would only go back if someone else chooses, never by choice
Drive through staff are very rude and slow I was told to pull forward so the drive through timer says they are doing their job staff but they take forever
We stopped here and got a baked potato and a bowl of chili. We did receive our food pretty fast and the food was hot. We were not offered the condiments and had to request them. We would return.
I was disgusted with this meal to the point I threw 3/4 of it away. Biggest waste of 25.00 we will never go to this restaurant again.
Gloria was beyond helpful, pleasant, and so happy spirited. There should be more employees like her!!!
