My husband and I visited Topshelf on Aug 19th. The cocktails and beer options were great. Service was friendly and timely. The pizza was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. Why has no one every told me of this place? Why have I just driven by Topshelf for the last 40 years? I don't know but I am telling everyone now. THE BEST pizza I have had. And yes it is better than Mr. Scribs.
My wife and kids love the cheese pizza here. The service can be slow.
Their food is always so good. I have gotten take out there three times so far, each time the food was super, prices reasonable and service was fast.
They forgot cheese breadsticks, when I called they said it wasn't on order. I offered to pay for some even though it wasn't my mistake, they said no they know they messed up and would have them to me in 20 minutes free, just tip the driver. They never showed up!
There prices are pretty up there for me , especially since I did take out due to COVID-19, but I honestly still find it worth it and would find it even more worth it to have an entire stay dining experience when possible.in doing take out- my meals were properly secured and packaged, it was ready at the time they said it would! It was an easy, painless transaction.I would highly recommend the food here.
Pizza back home is better.Hard to find a nice pizza joint out here in Muskegon area. There only one Jets pizza and it's in Norton shores. Sad !Pizza here at Top Shelf is ok. Crust is to thin.Almost every time I order it's like that. I love the works.Something missing.I don't go here much.But when I do, it's busy.Ha and that's a good thing.There all kinds of pizza lovers out there.They may be picky or maybe not so picky.Who ever they shell be, it's to each he's own.
Their subs are so tasty they are to die for, personally I love their breaded mushrooms and its just a great place to pick up your food or have it delivered to you but all I got to say is that the price is worth it.
It was ok, we asked for easy sauce and the waitress didn't put it on the ticket, it was overpowering. Otherwise not a bad pie, coming from a 50 year Chicago native.
