Said they didnt have the boxes had to get a crunch wrap instead then it was mostly lettuce next to no meat then they gave me the wrong recipt for my order which happen to have a box on it they didnt have then the lady taking my order had a bad attitude will not be bavk to this establisment i will drive across town before i goto this store again
Was planning on writing a good review seems how my experience at this location is normally good. I ordered a burrito and it wasn’t even folded all the way, so beans were all over. I didn’t get my taco that I paid extra for because I ordered supreme. And the cheese on my quesadilla wasn’t even melted. Disappointed that I didn’t get food I paid for:(
If zero stars were an option that is what it would bePicking up an order to deliver and they made me wait 15 minutes past pick up time. And employees kept looking at me then they would say something to each other and laugh. It’s time to report to corporate
I'd give 0 stars if i could. Tried to give them a couple tries but they have never managed to get out order right. Do not recommend!!

This Taco Bell has shorted me on my order twice now! Last 2 times I went to this location!! 2 in a row! This time she told me that the meal box was in the bag with the rest of the food I ordered but the only thing in there that I was suppose to get from the meal box was the little bag of chips and nacho sauce!!. Not to mention the rest of the food I got for my family… some of the items were not fresh or tasted like they didn’t warm up the Gordita shell etc, etc.. Too many problems with this Taco Bell! Do not recommend.
Fast service but check your order. They often will not give you your full ordered items. I wish they would pay more attention to detail and not scam the customer.
Messed up my online order, would not let me order at speaker and told me to go to window. Then told me I had to get back in line to order and then proceeded to mess up my order again. Lady running the back was extremely rude, not sure if she thought I couldn’t hear her or not, but was also belittling the girl TRYING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER at the window. Will drive to another location going forward
Fast and friendly service and yes they were smiling love the cravings box and the spicy potato soft tacos and the beef and bean burrito and the cherry twilight freeze
Went here the other night because the one on apple was closed. It's safe to say I won't be coming here at night again. The line was slow and the food didn't taste great. I would come here during the day dining in or carry out I haven't had any problems with few times I've gone here.
