I am typically a big supporter of Taco Bell, and I like to try new menu items when they come available. The other day I tried the new Steak White Hot Ranch Fries Burrito, and was disappointed to discover all of the tomatoes in the burrito were in the very last bite, and the combination of hot ranch and a pile of tomatoes was enough to ruin that particular menu item for me for good.That being said, my last visit was on Easter Day after I got out of work, and I am thankful to the staff for working the Holiday as well. I look forward to hopefully updating and improving my review in the future.
I went throught the drive thru order 12 taco box supreme get home only to find out they are not supreme tacos. I called and the person that answered the phone argued with me about weather I went through the drive thru 5 mins or 10 mins ago. Why does that matter. Then says bring the food back so I can look at it. We'll here's your look, no sour cream no tomatoes. Could have offered to refund the $3 that I paid extra for. Thanks taco bell on Apple Ave. You not only got my order wrong you hired staff members that start arguments with customers and you don't refund customers for things they pay for and don't get. You all are awesome....Not
I did order an extra crunchy taco and didn't get it, but wasn't worth calling about. Otherwise it was okay, not what I remember though, I feel as if quality is being sacrificed.

Best taco-bell I've ever ate at great customer service . The server was so polite -&- acted really professionally idk his name but he's on duty / working @ 11. Pm on Nov 4 21 in Muskegon town-ship . Ty so much idk how'll I repay u . . Ty so much again u deserve way more then the company . .
Love the food. It's my take out/dine in favorite.
Ordered 8 steak breakfast crunchwraps. Not only have they been getting consistently smaller for a while (now in between a baseball and softball's circumference), but now apparently steak means bacon, and they like to hit you with no sauce. So it's like choking down soggy newspaper. We live 20 minutes away, so going back doesn't work. You know what does? Not getting it wrong in the first place.
Food is always fresh but the customer service is poor.
