They thought it was social hour, didn’t even have steak but I seen it in the cabinet. Screwed up our order and charged us for 4 sandwiches instead of 3. Didn’t know how to fix a refund because they had no manager on staff. But how can you run a store without management available. Told us we had to be out of the store by 8pm but watched multiple people walk in. This store is had really bad service and poor never come back again due to the ability of STUPID!!!

Every time I order online they get my order wrong. The last 3 times they forgot my guacamole, they offered me a replacement sub and I ended up not having time to go get it and I appreciated the effort to correct the issue but there is no reason they should forget it every time. It’s seems a small thing to be upset about but they charge extra for something they never give you.
Subway has a wide variety of sandwiches that are delicious toasted. Good prices and cheerful customer service. The cookies are fresh baked...yum!

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the fact that when I walked in the door one of the sandwich artists was sweeping and there couldn't have been a crumb on the floor!!! All of the artists had smiles on their faces and said hello when we walked in. I know that during these times it can be easy to get bored and develop lax habits but, not this crew. Also the owner or manager was there demonstrating a new product to the crew and she threw gloves on and walked them through the process. That was so amazing to see. I've been on both sides and that is rare! Although this location is a little farther than my usual, I'll definitely go the extra mile...for a crew who does the same!

I ordered a pizza and it was put in a bag instead of a box, and the pizza was cold and uncooked.
The ladies in there were quick and really listened to what you wanted on your sandwiches and toasting them just right to everyone's liking. They were very sweet.
