Ordered extra Carmel and extra vanilla for our drinks and neither one of us got extra... sat in there for awhile waiting for drinks because they never called our name. Was not given a straw for the drinks either. I gave 2 stars cause the workers weren't rude to us. Just seems to be running poorly for having 6 people working at once.
Despite the long line in the drive-through, it went very quickly and smoothly. However, we did get a barista that wasn't very friendly and was actually quite rude, but she could have been having a bad day. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience and the drinks never fail!
The barista working the cash register on 2/25/22 around 3:15pm was being horribly disrespected by two customers in a row. She handled both situations with such grace, and I hope she is acknowledged for navigating these situations. Even after these encounters, she had a smile and was extremely kind when I approached the counter.
My daughters 10 and she loves this place! If i ask if she wants to go some place you know what's going to come out of her mouth! STARBUCKS!!! Service is great and there coffee and cold drinks are awesome. It's just a fun place to visit.
Pt. 1If I could leave 0 stars I would.1/23/22.I was absolutely disappointed in my service today at the 5506 Harvey st. Location Starbucks. My coworker had offered to get us all Starbucks and sent another coworker to pick up the drinks with a list of our orders. (An iced chai tea latte with soy , A Java chip Frappuccino,an iced caramel Macchiato with almond milk and and extra shot, and a mocha Frappuccino with chips). When he returned he had 2 correct drinks and 2 completely incorrectly made drinks. Our chai and Java chip were correct, and the other two were not even CLOSE to what we had ordered. one of them was a hot ?latte? I assume with almond milk, and the other was a choppy poorly blended “mocha” Frappuccino, with NO flavor in it at all. When we noticed the incorrect drinks my manager called the store to ask them about fixing our drinks and we were told someone could come back and get new ones. i ended up going this time (10:20am) and I went through the drive thru So I didn’t need to unnecessarily go inside. I pulled up and explained that my manager had called and I was there to get our drinks fixed. An older woman answered me with “so what’s your problem?” and “what are you talking about” when I restated why I was there and told her which drinks I was supposed to recieve she told me “we do not have a caramel macchiato” I asked her “you don’t have a caramel macchiato?” And she told me they were out of the drizzle for it. I then asked her if they just sent my coworker who had come previously back with random drinks instead of telling him they didn’t have it and she said “can you just come inside?”

Worst line I've ever seen--waiting 30 minutes for an overpriced coffee is my fault, but the hellish line and lack of etiquette was amazing. Poorly managed. Also, when i was handed my drink, there was chocolate dripping everywhere. Then i looked at the cashier's hand and noticed his entire firearm was covered in chocolate. He didn't care...he was sad and defeated.
I’m antisocial so I use the mobile ordering and my name is The Lorax because I can’t figure out how to change it but THEY DREW THE LORAX ON THE CUP. It was a 10/10 and made my day :))))
