Always short staffed and prices continue to climb and staff is hit and miss when it comes to knowledge of there different promotions and rewards with there app. Also your food portion and prices are never the same.
Excellent customer service and food. I was late picking up my order and they remade it so it would be hot when I got it!!
I'm sorry but I ate alot of Mexican restaurants and this was the worst. I had chips and cheese and a burrito. The burrito is the size of a fork and the size of a tacobell burrito but 10x the cost. Never again you want a good burrito go to taco jalisco or fat burrito in holland.
It was ok. Nothing outstanding. The one thing I was not happy about is that they where not Busy but didn't have time to clean the Dinning Tables. They have about 10 to 15 tables but not one was clean. Had food Crumbs on every one. 03-04-2022 in afternoon.
I love the food. I get the same thing for several years. But apparently I can't get it the same way.The staff and some of the mangers have been really rude and horrible.I come in several times a week.I would really like to hear from there cooperate manger, but apparently they don't have the number.It been several week now you would of thought you would of heard something by now.
The foods on and off, last time i was here the chicken was burnt and chewy, and other times all seems fine. Need to get green Tabasco back because the chalula packets are terrible!
Many stores were closed due to the weather being so bad. We still had to be out showing houses. We enjoy the chips and queso. The chips are so good I get those in a bag to go often. Burritos & tacos - Chips & cheese were perfect.

My girlfriend and I have eaten here several times before and have had excellent service. Tonight (12/05/2021) the staff was very uninterested in being at work. Our food was sloppily made and in much smaller portions than usual. Seems like this location is a gamble for good or lazy staff.
I've been here many times, I always enjoy the food. Today (11/22/21), there were 7 people working with 3 managers (I assume) having a meeting in the dining area. First, there were boxes of supplies all throughout the dining area leaving a small space for customers to eat at. There was food splatters caked onto all of the plastic barriers, food all over the floor, garbage, and the cash registers had literal piles of dust. There were plenty of people working to ask someone to step away and wipe things down and/or sweep. It's not hard to imagine what the food prep surfaces look like if you can't keep the spaces in the customer's view clean.
