Our 1st time going... they were about to close in 10 mins.... we ordered & the manager was like make this family all fresh everything!! She was sooo super kind!! My 11yr old even left her a tip!!! Then we just ate outside because they were closing????
Only Popeyes that has consistently undercooked (hard rice) Cajun rice. If I buy it from here, I do so knowing I will take it home for later. Then I’ll add boiled water and let it sit for 10 minutes till done. If you have a machine that cooks it for you there, it’s broken.
Went on a Saturday late afternoon. Ended up waiting in drive thru for a good half hour after ordering. To be fair it looked like they were under staffed and there were 5 cars a head of me. Chicken was hot and fresh and the Mac and cheese really good. Cole slaw wasn't bad either. I might try going in next time.
Popeyes is a great place to eat but please forgive them right now they are having a hard time quiring employees the covid is making it difficult on every business we have to stand in prayer that people will find in your heart to go back to work but I still love me some Popeyes and trust me even with the wait it's worth the wait just know Popeyes is awesome try it you won't be disappointed I guarantee it
I was very disappointed in my order just now. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and wondered why they did not have lettuce on them and then realized they had probably taken the lettuce off to microwave as they were obviously microwaved and then never replaced. I could only eat half the sandwich as it was microwaved too long and half the patty was pretty tough. I have eaten there on many occasions with no such experiences and probably will eat there again but not for a while.
Food was ok. It looked really good and tasted pretty good but the food wasn't hot. Seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for a while.
Customer service was good . Does tenders were great they fries were not very good for a large fry they were cold soggy they what's not very busy
I always get the classic chicken sandwich. When this location first opened it was always great! Lately though, my chicken is old and the buns are hotter than the chicken. When I ask them to make me fresh chicken they just say "it's always fresh."I wish they would get it together because their food is good, when it hasn't been sitting in the cabinet after the quality assurance time.
Great food!! They need more managers to follow up on orders. Had gone there spent over 40 bucks on food. At the end when I got home. Didn't have all the order I asked for. I get the whole short of staff thing.its not easy to make money these days. You all should start giving out the order correctly and not hanging up on your customers as they are trying to explain the wrong order you had giving them.
Food is fantastic but service is meh. Received spicy instead of my mild regular order once and they don't organize the fries often, just poor it on everything else. Other than that I still go often.
