15.50 for a tiny salad (yes I ordered the large + 2.00 tip) and a small drink. I need to go find a drive through…still hungry.Women love this place…over priced hospital food.
We went here to use our Sips Club. Their coffee is pretty good. Their Almond milk is pretty good and doesn't taste sweet. My daughter got a regular iced coffee with half and half and sugar. I believe most places have a sugar syrup for the iced coffee.....not here. They are opening mini packs of sugar and dumping it into your cup. 1. Seems a bit touch-ie for this pandemic world and 2. It doesn't melt quickly in cold coffee so you have to pull over and take time to mix it up. That can be messy and time consuming if you're running late. We also got a chocolate croissant which was super bad and outrageously priced.
What a wonderful, warm, fuzzy, friendly place to eat at in Muskegon. When you walk in the doors you are greeted with warm friendly smiles and a pleasant attitude.Being an over the road truck driver from Pa does not give me a lot of interaction with others during the week and food choices are very limited due to Covid. Panera bread is my main source of nutrition and sustenance while I am away from home 2 weeks at a shot. A hot meal and a warm friendly conversation is what I look forward to when I grab my food to go since I work for a company 1 mile away.I just wanted to reach out and say how blessed I am to be able to grab a healthy meal that is hot and with a sweet treat for dessert. From a little trucker to my favorite place to eat in Muskegon, thank you.Your warm fuzzy atmosphere is very relaxing and your smiles are such a nice touch. What can I say, I am a huge fan and love to support a business that values its customers as well as the employees.Lord, please bless the Owners, employees, and customers at Panera. I got cranberry tea and a cinnamon crunch bagel with maple honey cream cheese it was so good I would suggest this as a desert also
My Mac n cheese with broccoli was like soup it was so watered down! It’s never been like that…disappointed.
Just got home. ...ordered 16oz hot mocha and cookie...$10 AND the coffee was barely more than luke warm, only about 10oz, maybe 11oz in cup. Called to ask if that's "normal", because they aren't my normal coffee spot and told "there needs to be room for whip cream". Been there a handful of times throughout the last few years, always grouchy or poor and this time no offer to correct the problem.
The food is awesome although was a little disappointed about how much soup is in the bread bowls now, seemed less then last time I was there. They did mess our order up but fixed it right away.
I got the Green Goddess salad and half of my lettuce was rotten. Just totally black and slimy. People can get sick! Please check your ingredients more thoroughly :/
I dont usually write reviews unless someone has gone out of the way consistently and provided a great customer experience( or worst ever ) .In this instance , I am extremely satisfied with the way ''Brad '' Who handles my order and concerns every time .He has corrected and fixed order issues and inaccuracies with a ''SMILE'' on his face every time .This guy makes Panera Bread looks good .I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good quality food , service and customer focused staff .
