Most of the time this Olive Garden is good. Food like you'd expect and prices that match. The staff is usually kind and helpful. Today my family went here for dinner and this time was exceptional! Our waitress, this time, was hands down the best experience I've had from any wait staff, EVER. Her name is Cora and because of her extraordinary kindness, personality, and attentiveness I want to come to this "big box" restaurant more often. Thank you Cora.
Our waitress was super sweet! My (18 year old) son hates pasta and was a bit upset to be there, but he was out voted by siblings. She helped him find some food that he would enjoy.The atmosphere feels quaint and authentic. The food is delicious! This location was clean. There was comfortable spacing between booths and tables. The restaurant was full, but didn't feel too crowded.
0 star if possible. The server really does make and break an experience. Our server was absolutely awful. I'll summarize some of her ridiculous actions. She brought me a soup with no liquid in it and when I asked her about it she said thats the way its always made, obviously a lie. She poured cheese on the guests.. twice. She was attempting to pour a refill, overfilled the cup and proceeded to pour the drink back out of the cup and straight into the pitcher.. germs and all. Shameful and disgusting. She spilled the drink on a coat while committing this despicable action without even breathing a word of apology. First time she asked if we were ok was after all the food was packed. We waited 30 minutes for breadsticks, meanwhile she had no idea we even ordered dessert.The kitchen wasn't innocent either. The lasagna served was stale on the edges as if it was sitting around and got reheated.Spending 135$ on a terrible experience really does leave a bad taste in your mouth.Please look into this.
We went a few days ago on a date night and got a lot of new items from the menu. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Cat was so attentive and sweet, she was always there right when we needed her. When we come back we will ask if she is there!
Wonderful food and atmosphere and great staff..One of the best restaurants in Western Michigan..Great prices, tender juicy meatballs and spaghetti meat sauce with lots of pasta❤️☕??????
Didn't like my food. The cheese was runny but the manager took it off the bill so I'm ok. Our friends loved the lasagna. This can't be perfect all the time. Our waitress had too many tables so it was hard to get drink refills, bread sticks and bottomless dipping sauce. We'll try again later because before covid everything was good.
The food was fine, the waitress was super ditzy to the point on making our experience quite humerus.
I would like to say that I really enjoyed it but that’s not the case. Greeting staff was a bit short and spicy for my liking. Wait staff was great, food was ok. I’ll probably wait another year before I go back, like I just did.
We ordered our Christmas Day dinner from the Norton Shores restaurant. I picked up my outer on Christmas Eve at noon. The meal was great we were overall happy. I will say we were shorted one order of breadsticks we missed very much and a bottle of ranch dressing one of our guests wanted instead of the Olive Garden dressing. I understand it was Christmas Eve and they may have felt rushed, so the reason I could not give a five star review. Are these two items.
I had never been to an Olive Garden before coming from a small town so I was super excited to try it. Was sorely dissapointed. Smh.The best thing they had was the warm breadsticks and the Andes Mints. I asked for their best mixed drink so they brought me the Lemonade. It was awful! The Fettuccine was bland and had very little sauce. The Seafood Alfredo was also bland, had very little sauce and the noodles were dry and old looking. The Calamari was overly spiced but had a lot of meat to it. The Breaded Shrimp Peppers and Onions appetizer was okay but they don't serve cocktail sauce so it was really dry. Everything is grossly overpriced especially for how bad the taste is. Overall I do not recommend this place.??????
